1st roza, for sehri I woke up early, prayed fajr, had a decent breakfast..for iftar I had half a chicken with two three naans...then my head started spinning..felt so drowsy..
2nd roza, for sehri..I didn't even bother opening my eyes..although I woke up but didn't bother turning the lights on.. had a glass of milk plus something else from the fridge which I don't recall now but I'm sure it was edible.
These are looooong rozas. Iftar is at 7p.m. i.e 12 hours of no food...bhaR mein gai diet.
Okay, now I actually feel comfortable posting, since Iām not fasting until 5:whatever time it is a.m.
I guess I eat a whole lotā¦compared to you guys⦠No wonder Iām a fat arse.
Sehri:
1-2 eggs. Scrambled or fried. If scrambled, then done so with tomatoes, bell pepper, and onions.
French breadā¦like 2-3 one-two inch slices.
1 banana
1 full glass of milk or grapefruit juice
1 full glass of water
Iftari:
20-30 pakoray pieces
3 keema rolls
full plate of mac n cheese
1 cup chai
1 cheesecake slice (and a few bites of what I think was tres leches - not sure - but it was yummy)
You know, I think there was one other thing but I forgotā¦

1 glass of milk frekin basket-ball gets me thirsty during rooza man

btw i played like 2 hrs of basket-ball rite after isha TERAVIZ yea ofcourse i skipped 8 of them:hehe: . n i feel hungry again .. so yea me off to eat some fried chicken now .. bubye !

Yesterday for Iftaari I had 1 date, 3 pakoras, fruit chaat . My mum made the best baingun I have ever had in my life, so good that I didn;t even touch the chicken. Now those baingun with boiled rice is something I could never resist so I took some. But I think my stomach has shrunk. I cannot eat even if I want to. By the time I was half way thru I couldnāt eat any more I would have thrown up if I carried on. I couldn;t even have my tea I felt so darn sick. This is not good.
Sehri I had some naan and some pineapple cottage cheese.
And I have already finished 5 chapters of the quran too and I have made sehri all three rozas so far. I am such a good girl
