On a serious note , my Great Granny used to bring some thing called ’ Amawat ’ from india . They make it from mangoes and then layer it to dry !

As far as I know they are made from keema and I have a recipe if you need them just tell me :phati:
Bihari kobabs are made from boti and galwati kobabs are made from keema.
