What are

gelawati kebabs and how do you make them?

Re: What are

Us mein Gel hoti ho gi and I am assuming not the hair one:D

Re: What are

gelawati kebabs are beef kebabs. well more like a whole boti than qeema. they are cooked really really well, so they basically kinda fall apart as soon as you touch them (in a good way ofcourse). i wish i had a recipe to share though

Re: What are

They are kababs not really in the form or shape of kababs. They look more like a keema dish. They are made by marinating meat with yogurt, raw papaya, and other regular spices. Or you can also get the shan masala for it. After marinating for few hours, you just cook them on the stove. Just heat some oil, throw some ginger/garlic paste, add the marinated meat, and let it cook. When all the water has dried, bhonafy it and enjoy with roti.

I hope someone might have more authentic recipie but this is basically what the thing is..lol
