1-Something has to happen to husband God-forbid to have wife go out and work.
2- By the time that happens, she may not be able to go back to her profession due to time lag or lack of being in contact with her profession.
3- She may just not be able to work due to demands from the kids. The situstion may be that the husband has some problem and not only him but the kids need her too. Difficult for her to go out and be the bread winner specially it happens without prior anticipation and planning.
I said these three points and you only quoted the first and said load of rubbish.:)

I was offered bouncers job more then once, anout 200$ per night. I refused it.

One thing I have noticed as well,
When it comes to marying women, many 'religious' men mary good looking, young and professsional women.
But why they either ask them or suggest them to not only observe strict 'pardah' even using 'naqab', but also not to pursue their profession?
Insecurity? Thats the first question comes to mind.
Why mary them to begin with?

TBH...I wouldnt want my wife to work, i am really against it. I will give her everything she will ask for in this world but i wouldnt her to work, I dont mind what she do, she can go wherever she likes, enjoys, chilling with her m8s, anything i dont mind but when it comes to work i wouldnt like it........ simple....... And definately i will let her know before i get married to her so that we dont face any problem l8r on....:)

As i said before i will give her every khushi i possibly can in this world.....Car, nice house, will love her sincerely, i wont mind whatver she does but the last thing i would want from her is her asking my permission for work!....
I mean why would she want to work when she will literally have everything???? And i will let her know before i get married to her so that we dont argue over this later on.....
I just wouldnt like my wife to work.....for some reason i cant tolerate it.....! :)
shaz...how if your wife was a billionaire, and your income was like nothing to her...would you agree with her telling you not to work just because she could provide you everything? i think it's unfair to put a restriction on your wife...after all, she is not demanding anything from you.

They want to contribute to build a better future, a better world. I see women running charities to feed homeless kids, building houses and mosques, supporting their parents.
I hope you wife doesn't have aspirations like that because YOU will be working very hard to support ALL her wishes and dreams. :)

Most of the womens (lets say 80%) wants what i said above..... I will only get married when i achieve something in life 1st and i know i will have to work hard for that...All i expect from wife is to be sincere to me, love me for what i am and in return i will try my best to fulfil her wishes! And again as for the job i think it will depend on the circumstances and i will see what can be done....Last but not least i wont force her to do anything, that she doesnt want to do....:)

Yeah i understand what you are sying....but sometimes women should respect their husband decision right? and husband should also respect womens! Vice Versa......However there should be no enforcment though!

Men are by default breadwinners. Women by default home makers.
All around the world.
There are so many exceptions however.
Having said that, I must say without women actively doing certain jobs it would be very hard to have a balanced and strong society.
Women must do some professions and that is what many men have to understand.
An *individua*l may decide to marry a woman expecting she will always be at home but that is NOT possible NOR it is healthy for everyone in the society, that ALL WOMEN STAY HOME.
Where the question of allowing comes that is just a notion based on usual man and woman relationship. Be that in east or west.
Even in 'free' societies women cannot just wear nice clothes and go for a job interview without husband's knowledge or approval.

I wouldnt expect my wife to just stay at home 24/7 and do all the household work.... I mean she can go wherever she likes (with her mates, parties etc etc), do whatever she wants (as long as she stays in her limits)...The only thing i object is working and i am sure ppl specially women can enjoy (go out, partying everything) without working right?
Anywayz lets finish it here, i aint getting married now am i? i will see when the right time comes and if she (my future wife) can give me good reason why she should work than i will be more than happy to say yes :)....
