ya but
one need to be a muslim to be part of any sect... i do not believe in sects of Islam.. which is again another sect.... but i do believe that Prophet Mohammad (SAAW) was the last prophet and their'll be no prophet after Him... and if anyone makes a claim, then he is nothing more than a liar...
If you do not have any questions then my friendly advice would be to stop wasting your time.
May your faith be best for you and mine for me. In the end we all belong to Allah.

The Hadith BTW was not quoted for you. It was for Hareem as he/she asked for it.
Ya rite...
Tell me one more thing, If just by reciting Kalima one become muslim.. then Y the the rightly guided Caliph raised an army against Muslima Kazaab and other false prophets.. they also recited Kalima and like Ahmadies/Qadyanies, they just had their own prophet after Prophet Mohammad (SAAW)...
please answer this...
I ll leave this for others to answer as the topic you are talking about; I am not familiar with this. If I am not familiar with the topic then I wont be doing justice in explaing anything.
Re: What are the fundamental beliefs of Ahmadis?
good... amazingly almost all the Ahmadies i have ever spoken to have given me same answer, few of them told me that it was Lust of Power that derived the Rightly guided Caliphs & Companions to go against Muslima and alikes...of course no reference to back their argument was ever provided...
If you do not have any questions then my friendly advice would be to stop wasting your time.

yup thats it.. you can have whatever faith, and all humans belong to Allah, but Allah have sent the Book for humans, who ever do not follow it and follow the way of Shaitan, believes in false prophets.... shall be burned in Hell...
thanks for this…he said in the book that he’s basing everything on the Quran and not on any traditions(hadith&sunnah), doesn’t sound very appealing to me because I strongly believe we can’t understand Quran without Hadith and if one tries to do that, he gets lost and astray.
I assume
you have studied this book, can you please tell us in a short summary the extra-ordinary specialities of this book.
Re: What are the fundamental beliefs of Ahmadis?
I guess the day Ahmadis start believing in the finality of Prophet(SAAW), they will be treated as muslims by fellow Pakistanis- I haven't noticed any discrimination angainst Ahmadis- they have reservations in jobs and schools being non-muslims. If tomorrow Hindus or Sikhs start reciting Kalima, will we also accept them and treat them as friends? My family is very Pakistani- we are all Sunni Muslims belonging to Hanafi school, some members speak Arabic and we offer 5 times namaz and last but not least, we believe in finality of Prophet.
Re: What are the fundamental beliefs of Ahmadis?
^^ U mean to say, Hindus and Sikh recite kalima and continue worshiping their idol/grave...

yes, exactly... Becoming muslim is not just as simple as reciting Kalima.. Lot of bollywood actors recite Kalima in their movies.. they dont become muslims right away. Rulers of Pakistan did not have personal enemity against Ahmadis community- even most of the Pakistanis like them as they do Christians for example.

Well I dont think this book words can be summarised. I ll recommend reading it.
Hope the following may help:

most of the Pakistanis like them for their good deeds.
What Pakistan has given to Ahmadiyyat and what Ahmdiyyat has given to Pakistan would be a different debate.
But Pakistan has taken from them their faith. They recite Kalima, they can be hangged till death or given Life Sentence. Read or Write Bismillah gives them three years in Jail.
I can surely compare the attrocities carried out by Government of Pakistan on Ahmadies as carried out on Rasoolullah SAW and sahaaba karaam (R.A).
But trust me this has not stopped the progress of Jamaat Ahmadiyya. It is prospering day and night. No Ahmadi has stopped reciting Kalima, Quran, Salaat and Zakaat. Hajj is not allowed to Pakistani Ahmadies but Non-Pakistani citizen Ahmadies are allowed to go on Hajj and they do.
You will not see a down fall in the progress of Jamaat from day 1. Isnt this a sign for you. Allah does not support a False prophet. As many came and died and no one knows about them.
I was trying to look for the Hadith where once in one Ghazwa one Sahaabi killed a man who recited kalima. And Sahaabi said he recited kalima becasue of fear of death. But when Rasoolullah SAW heard this, it is reported that sahaabi never saw Rasoolullah (SAW) so angry and said you should have opened his heart and see whether he was reciting the Kalima with heart or not. He also said what will you do when his kalima will grab you on day of judgement.
(if anyone has the Hadith with the reference then please do post.)
Re: What are the fundamental beliefs of Ahmadis?
hareem01,
we CAN understand the Qur'an without the Hadith, one MUST ONLY ***** WILL. What is the sense of Qur'an then? This is your opinion if you CANNOT UNDERSTAND, but I do understand! I don't need an Hadith for that!
Is there an Hadith mentioned when Qur'an says "water will be set on fire"
I would recommend you the Book "Future of Revealtion" by the late fourth Khalifa Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (ra)
You already seem to be lost and gone astray. No one wonder compared to billions of Hadith and ONE AND ONLY Qur'an! I see Qur'an has no value to you, only Hadith! When one thinks about and really wants it he can understand Qur'an w/o Hadith. This is your belief that you cannot understand Qur'an w/o Hadith. Most scholars will disagree with you. Even your own! If not than their No. 1 source is Hadith and not Qur'an!
I could not say that better thumbs up
Hanibal,
Dividing into sects is a prophecy as fortold by Holy Prophet SAW. Saying that you do not believe in sects is direct violation of the Hadith. Unless you dont agree with the Ahadith I posted.
Please clarify your stand.
Re: What are the fundamental beliefs of Ahmadis?
Muslim and Non-Muslim.
A very nice video with references from Dr Israr Programmes.
Well I dont think this book words can be summarised. I ll recommend reading it.
Hope the following may help:
The physical, moral and spiritual states of man
What is the state of man after death?
The object of man's life and the means of its attainment,
The operation of the practical ordinances of the Law in this life and the next
Sources of Divine knowledge.
I read 3 chapters and found nothing wrong but also nothing special. The book is aimed at Hindus and Christians with lots of refs from Quran with simple explanations.
Anyway, I don't have any more questions to ask though I didn't get the satisfactory answers of my questions but that's okay.
Thank you for your replies, Destino and d-tox-ed.

You were being very rude and impatient, as usual, all through the discussion and I give you 0 out of 10 for that.
Thumbs down.

Ya because there is no room for Sects in Islam, it is against the idea of Muslim unity which is core of Islam...
Anyway, one try to read between the lines of this hadees, it is said that, muslim ummah will be divided into 72 sects, and all of them will go to hell.. means none of them will be on the right path, and only those will go to heaven who have followed the Quran and way of Prophet (SAAW).. now can you or any body tell me that which sect, Prophet Mohammad (SAAW) belong to...
its a long debate, not relevant to the topic under discussion

lol yaar mien sawaal kuch poochta hoon aap jawaab kuch dete ho..
I was asking do you disagree with the Hadith and stand on your point that :
"i do not believe in sects of Islam"
???
Who is the 73rd sect will be considered once you agree that there can be sect. If from heart you believe that there can no sects then 72 hon ya 73, sache hon ya jhoote sab sawaal be maani ho jaate hain.
(P.S) I hope I am not confusing Urdu and English. Let me know if you have any problem with Urdu and I will translate my post?
