What? Is it normal? My cousin wont stop it. Its the most embarrasing thing ever. She did in front my family!!! I had to go grab a big chaddar. Should I tell her mom? She is 4 i think. Another kid at the masjid did it too but he just did it once.

It might be kids instinct. Those who were breast fed, its normal that they are attracted to that part.
I guess its good to be cautious when you pick up a small kid in public. I understand, it can get pretty embarassing

It happens with small babies who are probably being breastfeeded during the time.. but shouldn't be 4 year olds, that is not normal!

babies and toddlers r also exploring and learning new things. If u notice babies, toddlers do expolre their own body parts when they r not wearing cloths. So when a woman is not covered properly with dupatta or chadar they just wonder what it is and want to feel it themselves. Its not that they specifically go for it.
sometime if kid is bit older like that 4 yeay girl and they have small sibling at home who is breast fed, this can also lead to increase their curiosty
