ahh,,,no...creatine just helps you gain strength...and more strength.. :) so you can lift more weight,,that will work more on you muscles. protein is the only thing that can build mass along with carbohydrates and essential fats. i've seen countless people who workout like crazy but gain no muscles just coz they aren't eating enough.

a normal trainer should eat atleast 1 gram of protein per pound (some say 1 gram of protein per lean muscle mass). so lets just say you are 150 pounds, in that case if you workout good enough 5 times a week you should eat 150 grams of protein at least. you know how much is that.....????/?
18 normal egg whites = 65-70 grams of protein
1/2 Kg cooked chicken/beef= 55-60 grams protein **cooked meas boiled/grilled/steamed
3 chappati/roti (300 grams)= 30-35 grams protein

total:::::150-165 grams of protein...

of course its just a simple diet plan. there are protein powders/fish/mutton/lentils (especially brown *masoor ki daa)

and yeah they(my bros) were my first option for advices…i wanted to know what others think as well, esp girls, since it’s quite a different issue for females:phati:

steroids are hormones made in our bodies as well:)…but am not up for anything tht’s outa the ‘normal food’ category…would appreciate advice on tht…i think fish is a good idea, beans, vegetables etc…

well i live in a small city of Punjab. Its about 70 miles away from Lahore.
For people gaining mass doesn't matter if its beef or chicken. Just make sure it doesn't have alot of fat in it and its lean.

No no you still got Asian genetics. But why do care about other girls. its rare as it is to see a desi gal looking for strength training who is talking about 150Kg weight, dumbells, bench presses. Go to

and look you will find almost the same number of girls as guys who are lifting weights and very much lean. You should actually join it, it would be nice place to keep your weight lifting log. they got chart and everything…

yeah i am asian by origins, and am proud of my roots:)…and with tht i am also an african national…just as pakistanis who were born in india and then migrated to pakistan after the partition consider themselves pakistanis, i consider myself an african…

80KG!! I never knew girls could lift that much. I hardly know any desi girl who can do even 20.
