mann..kasam se i have lost my track too..the problem is,i am an extremist..if i’l do well,i would follow the perfect routine for weight loss..but when i go down the track,i end up ruining all the hard work in the worst way i can :mad: :(..
depression eating is one thing that takes over me,bas the only good thing i have is I refuse to give up..
Wearing those dresses and looking good in them is my biggest motivation too..
but this sometimes gets so tough ..

I just keep chocolate, chips, anything tempting and not good for my weight loss out of sight. I don't even buy it so I won't get tempted. But my body is recovering from the Christmas/New Year feasts so when I weighed myself this morning it was still the same weight as before :(.

Globalgal.. well we all have ruined our healthy lifestyles..and we will continue to do so,i know that about myself..but i guess what we can do is to decrease the number of bad days in comparison of good days.we can always start again :)

I dont have a problem with junk, its just the desi unhealthy foods i cant resist :P

^After learning how my appetite tends to be and when I get tempted most, I've found out that I love to eat a good dinner as in not light. So, my breakfast is light and my lunch at work tends to be a variety of fruits and nuts and lots of water or sometimes it's those progresso soups or healthy choice cafe steamers dinners, snack after work (goldfish crackers, air popped popcorn no butter, or any low calorie snack with coffee(truvia, creamer no milk). Dinner is a variety of vegetables with either sliced boiled eggs or pieces of chicken or vege burger pieces sort of like a salad.

I'm getting bored of doing elliptical as exercise though.

Suggest some fun exercises please to reduce stomach fat since it's the jiggly soft stuff even if there is ab muscle under it. i don't see any use of ab exercises. I sweat it out on the elliptical which works all muscles but still the tummy is the trouble spot

And Globalgal…i was going through same stuff sometimes ago..but here is what i did. I think everyone here needs a total weight loss solution and you can do these at home too. Just follow exactly what these men and and women are doing. And keep eating healthy according to your blood types. And go from there:

A very halal hug for the video. I’m getting tired of the belly fat even at 128 pounds. And may I say that pic you posted of your abdominals is hot!! and a total inspiration.

lunch: healthy choice steamers Chicken Margherita with Balsamic](Chicken Margherita with Balsamic | Healthy Choice)coffee and goldfish crackers, a few almonds, walnut
green smoothie
dinner: chicken pieces and salad with ranch dressing
exercised and lost 700calories

breakfast: 1 boil egg wd 2 slices and tea wd out sugar
lunch: tea wdout sugar
dinner: boiled rice wd salaan.

no exercise :( still feel nothing

I dint post yesterday because i wanted to start properly today..
Breakfast : oatmeal with skim milk
Lunch : diet roti with sabzi and 1/2 reddish ( as salad)
snack : 2 oranges nd a small pakora
Dinner : 1 small to medium sized chicken breast piece steamed and a small roti made with Besan and 1/2 reddish (salad)

FOR EXERCISE :
45 minutes walk
30 minutes elliptical
Level 1 30 DS
and 100 squats

I'm praying hard this time i stay motivated and continue to do what i am doing.

I had to be home from work because of some personal reasons so

breakfast
waffle with a tiny bit of peanut butter smeared on

lunch
went a bit heavy on this just because I made lunch for others and they wanted desi
rice, dhal, potato sabzi, spicy pickles (i’m guessing that has load of calories :()

snack
desi tea with truvia, goldfish, almonds, walnuts

dinner
spicy bean burger pieces with veges, ranch dressing ( i know this is getting boring and repetitive)

want to try this dance video

but I can’t tell how many calories I’m losing though on the elliptical I can tell exactly how much the calorie loss is

need to get myself doing the hardcore video that xtron posted…I’m feeling that lazy side winning though. Wish I could find the time to go to a group exercise session so i’ll have others doing it with me
