I know you didn't ask for advice but if you are only aiming to lose 4 kg this month it can be done the healthy way rather then starving your self or trying these fad diets .. i checked out the links and the blog entry you posted.. that's barely 500 cals on the 1st day.. detox diets are good once in a while for cleaning out your system if you think it's needed.. but going for 3 weeks straight on this 'diet' .. not worth it at the end... will probably end up losing muscle mass and water weight which will creep back as soon as you start eating normal again... if you are looking for a quick start i recommend the 3 day dr oz detox i lost around 8lbs kept it off and the cals is about 1200-1400/day with a good amount of fatty protein to keep you going for the day.

what should I do? I have to feed my 5 months baby doll after coming home. I can’t do exercise due to C-section.
Current weight is 68 kg and I wana achieve 55kg. but how??
My diet is:
Breakfast:
1 cup tea without sugar. 1 boil egg, 2 slices with butter or mayonise
Lunch:
Half roti wd salan or sometimes just tea without sugar.
Dinner:
1 roti or 1 plate of rice with salan.
Im not taking drinks, junk etc. But still Im stuck at 68
I dnt take fruits or water intake is almost nil , can’t force myself , suggestions please
**I do want my weight to get down to 48 kgs but my main focus is on the inch loss as i am starting with Jillian workouts which will build muscles.
Weigh ins can be mondays if you guys focus on weight.

Actually I meant I'll try this diet for a week and then I'll try to maintain the lost weight for 3 weeks. Doing this for 3 weeks is pretty insane lol. And once this detox diet is finished I'll eat around 1400 cal/day and try to stick with healthy eating.
KnJaved, I squeezed 1/2 lime and put some mint leaves in the water, it worked for me =)
Day 1
hot honey water
Breakfast - 2 oranges
mid-morning - half papaya
lunch - small 1/4 bowl rice in salan and an orange
in between 1/4 bowl of rice n salan
dinner 2 oranges
Green Tea - 3 cups
Exercise - 1 hour walk + (tried JM BFBM but couldnot do it for more than 10 mins,very disappointed)
^I would end up not enjoying that diet and quit or even if I did lose some weight i'll end up gaining all the weight I lost. But it looks like you're staying strong with the detox. I wish I could do that.
Day2
only had time for tea in the morning with half n half and truvia
Lunch ended up being loads of grapes, strawberries, a few almonds and walnuts
after work, tea with some butterless popcorn with Ranch dressing powder to give the popcorn a yummy taste
Dinner is boiled egg whites, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, fresh broccoli pieces, defrosted spinach, ranch dressing, salt, pepper and some masala to give the salad some spice
elliptical for 1 hour( I will be doing this after dinner)
Sara's post reminded me that I need to get back to drinking kahva again. It always made me feel good.
Day 2
warm water only
Breakfast: skipped :( .. it was lunch time already
Lunch : one roti with nominal salan nd soup
snack: 5-6 nuts
Dinner: 2 oranges and very little rice
Exercise : elliptical 45 minutes
I am not going the way i usually do and the way i planned to, have to really focus.

I didn't exercise at all today since it's really cold outside and i'm feeling really down. I should've gotten myself to exercise but the deadness i'm feeling didn't really help much. I'll be doing youtube dance workouts tomorrow just to get myself out of this depressing mood. Same eating schedule as monday so maybe I need to make something different for tomorrow. I did drink 1 cup of kahva today.
I didn’t have a good day yesterday either in that It was a crazy day so I didn’t exercise at all!! And the evening time was so busy that I went to bed without any dinner because i was so tired and it was a really sucky day. Today hopefully I’ll get back to exercising. Get back on that weight loss horse and keep going til you get to that goal weight…you’ll feel awesome believe me. Dreaming of being 120 pounds since it’s my dream weight and hopefully i’ll have the right measurements so I can wear some really pretty dresses and skirts after that.
