I will HIGHLY recommend you to buy a nice gold plated set to wear on your wedding and spend the rest of the money on medium sized real gold sets because those are the ones you'll really get to wear. Spending thousands of dollars on a set that you'll wear only a few times in your entire life does not make sense, trust me. I'm regreting that I spent so much on my Nikah set because I haven't worn it even once after the wedding!

The Sunday Bazar in Karachi thats held in Clifton has a stall set by Pathans that sell real raw or polished stones from the northern regions.

So if anyones interested in just getting stones then they should check that place out. However you need an eye and knowledge of what is real and whats not.
The pathans of that stall are very chalak and will try to sell you stuff overpriced though.

The name of the shop is Sarwana btway.

My mum knows pushto too but these pathans were like the worst ive ever seen.

I know the pathans in Baras love to bargain and I love watching the way they do too but these ones just refused to budge. They had beautiful stuff though
