All I am saying is why the need for a man (or a woman) to ‘propose’?. Why not just say, 'hey, I think I can take two weeks off in June, you think I should start working on making travel arrangements for our honeymoon?" around that time?. how does your calendar look?

and why exactly would the girl travel with u unless u r her hubby?

is it completely understood that the nikah will be somewhere between now and the time u guys travel?

one day when she gets married how would her hubby feel when he finds out that she has been travelling with guyz in the past? i dont think he’d feel too happy abt that :halo: most girls do care abt the feelings of their future/imaginary hubby. that is a major reason why they dont cross a lot of “limits” coz he (the guy whom they get married to) is the one who actually deserves them, no one else.

even if she does like u and u both intend on getting married, at the end of the day she owes something to the guy she gets married to (and technically until u and her r not married its not guaranteed that u will be) and if u guys R going to get married anyway then u can travel etc AFTER marriage

waise i have seen that guys dont care abt this stuff and the girl has to set the limits herself.
larkon ko “jitna dheel do utna aagay barhtay haen” and that too based on the assumption that “ye toh larki hi aisi hae khud hi mind naheen kerti” and if she is not the one they plan on getting married to and are just fooling around with, then they are like “hamein is ki izzat kee hifazat kar ke kya karna hay jab is ko khud apni izzat ki fikar nai, kon si ye hamari honay wali beevee hae”
sometimes it does happen that the girl is actually sincere and thats why she has placed her trust in that guy ONLY and allows him that much freedom with herself, but its not always the case that the guy is also as sincere in return and has a noble intention towards her. he could just be “having fun” with her.
im not saying all guys r like that but its true that many do think that way and very few guys r decent enough to stay in limits with girls.
so at th end of the day the girl should be practical and wise and know that she shud be reserved with the guy, even if she loves him to bits, UNTIL they get married.

thats my thought anyway.

btw, sorry i dint mean to say that to u at all !!! proof that i didnt accuse u of this lies in the question i asked in the second line of my post.
