everyone has different way of proposing. I find poetry very easy way to convey a message accross

Actually goras overdo this proposal thing more than anyone else
Have you seen those tv shows bachelor and bachelorette …it’s unbelievable how artificial they make it. There is a very slight difference between romance and arse kissing.

Fayz no i havent seen those shows, yeah i agree with u this whole cheesiness surrounding a proposal is too much :smack: it shud be a serious and sobre affair sans drama i reckon otherwise it seems artificial

inside scoop? i guess everyone has their own preference but i think if u propose to someone u better make it sound serious and decent and sincere and matter of fact

those movie scenes where the guy is bending down on his knees or singing songs or something look way too cheesy/fake and so insincere. the key word is honesty and purity/seriousness of intention.

Goras don’t over do it … yeah, on the bachelor/bachelorette they do but in ‘real life’, their proposals can be quite romantic. It’s better than in our custom where the mother goes and asks for the girl’s hand in marriage. It just makes it easier for you cause you don’t have to do anything. :stuck_out_tongue:

Mother going for a proposal is a very cute idea..don’t u think? In our culture it is how they show respect for the girl…hence the arranged marriages and all nine yards.

I think all guys are IN for something that’s easy..they don’t have to do anything and it gets done automatically. From cooking food, doing laundry to convincing the woman.

The one u posted is weird. but there z always some nice kinda poetry where u can’t refuse the proposer..

and don’t ask me… cos I ain’t tellin ya
