5 A.M. - 1 glass

7am - 1 glass plain water. 1 chocolate milk.

4pm - 4 glasses of water, 1 cup very he milky tea.

10 pm - 3 glasses done

11 pm - 3 glasses

3 glasses water, 1 cup milky tea - 3pm.

4 pm - 4.5 glasses

5 glasses done

7 pm - 1.5 glass. Aaj pani peena reh gya. I can’t drink 3.5 more glasses today :bummer:

Maybe 2 glasses :bummer: Had a very busy day .

11:15 pm - 3 glasses ho he gaye alhumdulillah

Kal shayad 4 huwe thay... Aaj 5 ho gaye alhumdulillah

I've sure had 6-7 glasses of water & a glass of milk since after waking up at 7.30am. Its 5.30pm now.

My water intake was pretty low as I was out of home since Wednesday. I’ll be on track today InshaAllah.

So I read somewhere that when you wake up, it should be your very first step to may be do a quick mounth-rinse (no toothbrush), and then drank a whole glass of water. Give 45 minutes for it to take effect before eating anything else.

And when i thought about it, it does make sense. So now what i'm doing is, like on a weekday i get up, after doing a couple of rinses drink water. And then do the other stuff like getting ready etc. It usually takes around 20 min and then I do breakfast. 45 min is a much to wait so 15-20 min is fine for me as well.

And another thing I've been told by someone and verified by others is that its always better to drink luke-warm or warm water early morning. It helps in the body detox.

Around 3.5 glasses today

Yeah, I drink a glass or two on an empty stomach. I have it around ishraq or 10 a.m. and I eat around 1p.m. 3-7 hours ho jatey hain. But I drink room temperature water. Lukewarm water is drinkable if you put lemon and honey in it so room temperature water is fine too. I’m going to put ors in my water tomorrow as my skin has become very dry in the last few weeks even though I’m drinking more water than I used to. I hope it helps because external application of oils/lotions isn’t helping.

Ok LP here is a very interesting video I saw today. Now its a whole BIG debate on whether what they are saying is true or no.

But I personally thing it depends upon several factors like how much you sweat, workout etc. A person living in west Canada may need less water than one in Sahara, no question about it lol
