Water challenge

Let's challenge ourselves to drink the amount of water our body needs and report it here. You can calculate by multiplying your weight in kg with 0.03.
If you are 60kgs; 60*0.03= 1.8. Someone with 60 kgs will have to drink 1.8 l of water/day.

I've decided to drink 5 glasses of water every day for one week. Let's see if I can do it.
I barely drink 1 glass/day

Good. Count me in. 1 glass so far today, will add more

Does chillu bhar pani include?

I think I would have easily taken 7 glasses today?! Didnt count. Also I went to play ball so took water bottle with me. So its hard to say how many glasses precisely.

Overall for the challenge it should also include the climate of your location, the physical activity level and how much sweat.

For no activity and moderate weather, it should be 5 glasses as the minimum.

Otherwise it should be 7-8 glasses minimum.

LP you need to make a habit of one glass of water right in the morning. Whats called, "Nehar-mun". Its very healthy.

I think i took 8 glasses today. But went to gym too so I did sweat

I had 2 glasses today and I don’t intend to have any more :bummer:
I was out since the afternoon and I avoid water when I’m out.

@SID_NY I'm trying to increase my water intake but frequent bathroom trips are inconvenient specially when one isn't home.

3:45 P.M. - 2 glasses

10 P.M. - 4 glasses down, one more to do. I made the mistake of not reaching the target before 8 P.M. :bummer:

Yeah water is very precious thins in our life we should take care of it ..
