um yea today there might not be as many glasses. However 5 must be done already. Its really hard to keep the count lol

4 glasses and I am done for the day

I dont think I made 8 today, probably 7. Funny I've noticed I dont drink more during daytime which should be other way around

12pm here. 4 Glasses done. Perks of waking up early :)

I think I'll drink 3 glassss on Monday's and Thursday's and 5 glasses the rest of the week.

2 glasses plain water & one glass of milk. It’s almost 5pm. Hopefully I’m gonna feel thirsty before bed time :bummer:

7pm.

1 glass of milk. 2 glasses plain water. 1 glass orange juice. Half a bottle regular soda (coulndt help it :bummer: )

5 glasses done :phew:

6:30 A.M. - 2 glasses

1:30 P.M. - 4.5 glasses. I'm glad I don't have to think about any more glasses. I'll just have half a glass in the evening.

5.20pm. Only 1 glass of water & 1 glass coke. No tea / no milk.... Oops! I just recalled, I had 235 ml of chocolate milk in the morning.

6.45pm - 1 glass plain water, 1 glass coke, 1 glass fresh milk, 235 ml chocolate milk.

5 glasses done :phew:

Where are your updates @SID_NY?

I think i've been good for last 2 days. Must be drinking more than 8 glasses. More physical activity always leads to more water intake. Otherwise it can cause trouble
