how much percentage of those 20 percent muslim are qualified for a govvernment job,if all those 20 percent are qualified then i agree there is a bias
about beard there may be bias in ur state,but nothing to do with current topic about percentage of jobs
about caste majority of jobs are based on caste,majority muslims comes under bc caste

i was talking in context to government job bias,nothing to do with secularism
which i disagree with you about bias,there may be at individual level
about unemployement,do you know how many engineers are left without job here

When one is denied job due to his religion then its against secular nature of nation…
In which era you are living where majority muslim are uneducated…a lot of muslims are educated but can not get government job because non muslim dont want muslim getting government job…
As far as andhra is concerned muslims are recruited for post policemen not for higher posts and other jobs muslims are entitled to is job of teacher In Urdu medium schools…

Good point :k: The problems should be solved without any discrimination. While India calls itself a secular state, some people think that they are being discriminated on the name of religion. On the other side, there is nothing Islamic in the system of Pakistan which is claimed to be made on the name of Islam.

My parents never taught me religious hatred but i learnt it from fellow hindu classmate…
when we talk about peace talk war is inevitable in same manner when we talk about secularism talk of communal hatred is inevitable…

No muslim can not get a job there..
P.S. I am not saying every hindu is muslim hater …I have lot of very good hindu friends and i trust some of them more than my muslim friends…i have lived my life among hindus instead of living in muslim ghetto and i have complete idea what I am talking about

As i said it depends on individuals, part where i live you can get a job ,Bribe doesn’t work in IT field though in which i work
if you meet minimum qualification may be i can refer to HR

i know there is hatred in northern part of india, up friends i had in bangalore use to literally hate muslims

recently moved to hyderabad from bangalore,so far loving the briyani here especially in old city much better those chains run by hindus

andhra can also be refered to telangana entire region where telugu is spoken
majority of them are of same race,caste,religion
btw if you leave hyderabad majority of telangana is hindu region except in name like karimnagar/medak/mehoob nagar ,there are far more muslims in rayalseema region like in places of kurnool/cuddapah

Let us do some simple arithmetic assuming ninjas. Numbers are accurate.
Muslims 20% of popilulation 4% of govt jobs
ignorinf Christians for simplicity sake (3% of population) andy assume Hindus 77% of population and have 94% of govt jobs.
Here is ratio of % govt jobs : % population
Muslims 4/20 = 0.2
Hindus 94/77= 1.25
Are you implyinh Hindus are 1.25 /.2 timesxas educated as Muslims
