^ you may think I have less than half a brain and that doesn't bother me. Point is, here I am, an Indian telling you how the minorities and majorities feel that the verdict is just yet you talk as if you know better.
Even Pakistan's friend China's government appointed agency CASS said openly recently that China should learn justice and fair treatment of minorities from India.
Beyond that what can I say?
Firstly nobody should look to india on how to treat minorities just look at state of dalits, muslims and kashmir today.
secondly I have met many pakistani nationalists and indian nationalists and they cannot take the truth and you fall into the category of nationalist.
In my opinion the nationalist is similar to a racist anyone that is not from their tribe or country they dislike and they cannot handle criticism.

This is plain wrong. Hindu India would never give justice to Muslims. All that talk of democracy is sham.
Pakistan should openly invite all the Muslims of India to come to Pakistan. That is why Pakistan was created.
It is high time, the Pakistani politicians call openly all the Muslims of India to come to Pakistan and settle here.
I do not understand why Indian Muslims should live in India at all. The foresightedness of Quaid-e-Azam is amazing and correct.
It is a pity that the current Pakistani state is beholden to feudal landlords and refuse the acknowledge the basic reason why Pakistan is created in the first place.
It is not land It is the people for which Pakistan is created. As long as Pakistani politicians dither in acknowledging this, the Muslims dream of True Pakistan will remain forever a dream.
it is better if you give shelter to 30 laC pakistani living in camps in bangladesh, then ask those muslims who went to jannat of pakistan, then you should think about indian muslims ,they are happier than muslims of pakistan

your problem here is things are not turning in the way you expected, you thought there would be large scale rioting bomb blast and hindu muslim danga ,whatever way the decision goes ,but people of india dont react according to wishes of well wishers like you

you are entitled to your opinion but it is not based on truth and understanding of reality. Even as you condemn nationalists for zeal, you yourself have not deeply inquired and instead parroting unfound negative propoganda about India. I admit that the untouchables had a sordid placement in the past but why don't you also seek info on what progressions are being made? When the so called high caste Brahmins are ready to bow to a dalit as their president and head of state, don't you think India has made a great positive change?

it is not 30 lacs. It is 3 lacs
But again, i do not agree that they should come to Pakistan. Bangladesh is an islamic country ruled by Muslims where they can practice islam without hindrance. So there is no need for them to come to Pakistan.
Whereas in India it is opposite.
India is a country ruled by Hindus and Muslims have been discriminated in every step of their life. Their aspirations are suppressed.
Indian muslims, including Kashmiri muslims should have the right to come to Pakistan and settle here.
I agree that Pakistani politicians are not having the foresight and princled stand like that of Quaid-e-Azam
But it is the duty of the ordinary pakistanis such as ourselves to raise this issue and make the politicians agree to this.
Pakistan is created for Muslims of British India. Every Indian Muslim should have the right to come to Pakistan and settle.
Pakistan should openly declare that Indian muslims are oppressed in India and the Indian muslims should come to settle in Pakistan.

Actually you have completly got it wrong because everything went exactly like i expected. My prediction was that the muslims would have to swallow a bitter pill having seen their mosque destroyed, then on top of that the courts gave 2/3 to the hindu extremists.
So how is that not in line with what i expected your system is a fraud it has no justice for minorioties thats the bottom line.

Face it my man you are a nationalist in my book these people are same as racists. If somebody said to me pakistan, the poor people cannot get justice i would not pretend its propaganda or blame other person for spreading lies i would say yes i agree what is solution exchange ideas I would not pretend its a myth!

What has any of that to do with the original apple of contention which is is about babri verdict? What specifically are you arguing for? that the land should have been awarded to the waqf board? in that case what happens to rights of the RamJanamBumi side?

nizam you fail to see the point of this discussion, minorities and their property are not protected by the system in India. The case and judgment regarding babri masjid is further proof of it, this is the point that needs to be addressed why is it minorities do not feel their property is protected?
