How many times I have to clarify that this judgement is not about the destruction of the mosque ( which is being handled in a separate court case) but about a land dispute case that had been simmering for 100s of years.
Why play games you know very well the minorities in India will not get justice does'nt matter if it is land dispute or mosque dispute, it's a sham!

not everybody perfect i agree even pakistan got many problems where poor people don't get justice. But we talking about babri masjid case and no way even unbiased person can say it is fair result where hindu fannatics destroy mosque go to court and court give them 2/3 of land, this is not justice this is comedy!

^ there are solid arguments for awarding 100% to Hindu temple and 100% to the Waqf. So what do you do? I think the courts therefore took a 'arbitration' approach instead of a purely techn0-legal approach. If they had not done that, one of the parties would have lost out completely! How would you react if it was 100:0 for the Temple vs the Masjid?
That is why most people - Hindus & Muslims of India have accepted the verdict as fair and equitable.

Are you ignoring the main contention? Who is the criminal? Acc to The waqf case, the crowd that demolished the masjid is. Acc to the counter cases (which hv been around for decades even preceding the masjid demolition) the crwod that demolished the RJB temple is the criminal.
The court therefore asked for the facts bat the temple, which were supplied by many scientific bodies. As a result, the court decided there is value in the RJB claim. However what was not proven 100% was whether babar demolished the temple or just used the land where the temple once stood.
What this therefore then became was a pure land ownership case which as you know is usually settled in similar manner (as arbitrated settlements) rather than winner take all.
A similar example of the application of this principle can be found in labor law, child custody law, intellectual property inheritance law, etc.
My point is, this actually is one of the better application of the principle I've come across.

Pakistan should openly invite all the Muslims of India to come to Pakistan. That is why Pakistan was created.
It is high time, the Pakistani politicians call openly all the Muslims of India to come to Pakistan and settle here.
I do not understand why Indian Muslims should live in India at all. The foresightedness of Quaid-e-Azam is amazing and correct.
It is a pity that the current Pakistani state is beholden to feudal landlords and refuse the acknowledge the basic reason why Pakistan is created in the first place.
It is not land It is the people for which Pakistan is created. As long as Pakistani politicians dither in acknowledging this, the Muslims dream of True Pakistan will remain forever a dream.

For God's sake , u all, can't u understand , u people can't go on fighting with each other forever ............ Find a solution to it. Live in your own worlds. For kashmir, leave it alone , let them have an independent state, jaan k qabzay main rakh k kia dikhana chahtai ho tum log ,,, they are humans For God's sake. why can't we have kashmir as singapore or dubai or hong kong , as a tourist attraction................. It can't go on forever ...................... this is not about committing violence or war i don't want any other person to die for this issue.
This is simple question on Indian justice system the case regarding babri mosque.
Some people are calling this justice and anybody with half a brain can see this ridiculous statement to make.
The minorities in India including the untouchables/dalits and muslims cannot get justice in my opinion with the current system in India, and the outcome from this case proves it even more.

Hey come on Muslims. just leave that piece of land and make it some park for children or any other welfare work, i know its difficult , but Masjid is Allah's Ghar , He will Himself take care of those who disrespects it as per case of Abraha , but u c u won't be able to offer prayers in contentment and there would be fighting forever going on for that regard.

I agree completely.
The idea of Pakistan is not land. It is justice for Muslims of British India. As long as Hindus are the ruling class in India, no one can get justice in India. It is for the Muslims to live in Pakistan and not in Hindu India.
Kashmiri muslims also should migrate to Pakistan to lead a life as a muslim. India will never give them a place for their aspirations.

^ sorry but that doesn't make much sense. Why wouldn't you take an objective view of status of Muslims in india vs your own country before coming to such conclusions? Nobody wants to move to pakistan.
