I seriously think some minimum educational guidelines need to be enforced to become a mullah. Something like whats done for Catholic priests. A minimum of a graduates degree from a state recognized (non-religious) university followed by 9 years of theology & psychology (in this case the Quaran & psychology) thereby ensuring that you can only be ordained a mullah after putting in 15 + 9 years of education.
Its only then that the quality of our current mullah's will change

for some reason you are trying to apply the criminal justice framework to conventional war. drones are simply a form of weaponry. the context is still war. if you want to debate the merits and demerits of the war itself, the use of drones, etc. then this is not the relevant argument to do that in.

The facts that have come out from this case are as follows:
An American person using a false name on a visit visa kills two Pakistanis (using an illegal weapon), and there are some people on this forum jumping and and down in his favour and want diplomatic immunity given to him. The person is not helping the investigators; and the Counsulate is also changing its stance regarding his status and the duties being done by him...Let the investigations run its course, and then lets come to some conclusion...as the facts stand uptil now it seems to be some Blackwater work which the American appeasers on this forum dont believe and call that to be a conspiracy theory...as far as I am concerned, and there are many people who believe that there are American hands in destabilizing Pakistan!!!

Here the only thing required to be a Mulla is passing a few days in a 'Madrissah' and a Nazr e karam نظر کرم of Ustad. استاد (Which is often'Maili' میلی )

an average religious leader is more educated and learned as compared to an average political leader... they spend several years (often 8+) after school, which is more than a simple graduation....

and that is why he was having a licensed pistol with him, for his own safety, and we were so quick to declare him a "daakoo" and even registered cases against him, 1-2 days after his death... right

Pakistan has already become increasingly isolated in the global stage. As a nation state, still relatively young and confronting so many problems, it needs friends-- not more antagonists.
