Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

I think people who live in Pakistan and support any party should be the best judges to answer this question It does not matter whether you ask PPP, PML(N), PTI, JI, JUI, ANP, MQM, etc. Their hypocritical answer will be same.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

Aren't every politician of Pakistan has bank balance out side of the country? Many top military officials, Pakistani business men, bureaucrats, police officers, custom officers, NAB officers, Revenue Officers, drug dealers, smugglers .. the list is indefinite. What is so amazing about it?

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

Some I have mentioned, rest you can google it you find many programs started by ZAB and BB. :)

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

My question still is, in your view, does party come first or country.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

ZAB and his PPP won purely on the socialist agenda. Nationalization policy was promises he made to the masses who gave him votes. Implementing those did not give the desired results. He was in the midst of reforming his original nationalizing policy when dictator took over. He unwound every thing what Bhutto did in his tenure as PM of Pakistan. Since he was not allowed to complete his tenure, criticizing his nationalizing policies are not justified. What he thought best for the people at that time, he did it. His nationalization policy was in no way to get personal benefit out of it.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

PPP is a national party. It never talked about breaking the country. It has always propagated the message of harmony and peaceful existence among masses of Pakistan. Definitely I will support this party first than anything else.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

So PPP means more to you than Pakistan. I always thought political parties (PPP included) are because of Pakistan not the other way round.

Thank you for clarifying your position.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

It had not used old tactics of employing Nasirullah Babur type person for cleansing operation to stop target killings in Karachi.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

reply my pm sachay !!!

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

People of Pakistan vote PPP to power. Any dictator or person from back door grab that right, tell me one good reason to support the dictator or usurper the rights of people?

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

There is difference between a doctor who cure your ailment and head of health ministry. You need a good administrator to run the department efficiently because most of the functions are not technical. If he or she is a doctor with excellent administrator qualities, that is a plus point. Bur rarely that happens.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

I have already replied in my interview, what else do you want? Please let me know.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

sachy: you havent yet answered my question.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

That's what I wanted to know. Any particular reason to keep only the Green Passport? Or Were you planning to enter politics and foresaw perils of having dual nationality? ;)

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

So you are dissatisfied with your party because it didn’t “perform” well only to keep the keep the alliance with MQM. Looks like the only “performance” which matters to you is to inflict maximum pain on MQM.
But for the rest of Pakistan, PPP’s performance is mostly related to the dire economic situation in the country during your party’s rule, which has brought the country to the brink of collapse.

The economic situation is so bad that even PPP’s Sindhi speaking supporters have started questioning their support to the party. This is why Sindhi nationalists are gaining in interior Sindh and Nawaz Sharif is joining hands with them.
Link: Change in Sindh

There are other indicators of PPP’s “performance” we well. For example, we all know about how much debt this government has incurred, and we all know how low the GDP growth rate has been during its rule.
And yet the most important criterion that sachaydino could come up to criticize his government’s performance is not starting an operation against MQM.

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

  • Remember "Pakistan na khappay" slogan from former Sindh's interior minister whom you consider your hero?

  • In your view, the party comes before the country. So if tomorrow PPP gets under the control of Sindhi nationalists like Mirza wanting to break Sindh away from Pakistan; you would still be supporting PPP in that case since party comes before the country.
    Isn't it?

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

1972-1977 is 5 years in my book, yes you can say that it was not complete terms in PPP book !!! but to many it was a complete term and dictator didn't intervened until and after the elections...

Re: Unplugged With Guppies — Sachaydino

You are wrong my friend. Bhutto was still PM when dictator took over from him. More over military government taking over can never be equal to civilian government change. Get your concocted history corrected.
