If I am not wrong that novel was Firdous Ul BareeN but Ijaz Mangi is such a Gem, I think it can imply on Zombies and all other political parties lovers who act like Hassan’s Fidai.

He was not class fellow of Omar Khayyam. They met in a saraye (inn) when Omar Khayyam was well known poet. In this meeting that took place somewhere in Iraq which was under Shia influence, Hassan told Omar that don’t disclose his original name in public. Hassan Bin Sabah kept on inviting Omar to his qila al maut, but he refused.
BTW, for your and Ejaz Mangi’s information, Hassan was very religious person and he got one of his sons killed due to consumption of alcohol. They used this fake paradise for brain washing.

He was portrayed as Hero by his lovers and as they said 'Every Villain is a Hero to Someone' so same is applicable here.

Turns out I was right. You can't hijack a plane from the outside.
Anyway they will sue TUQ simply because he was the cause of the diversion. The Government should have no reasons to worry.
I also see something useful coming out of this. If the PML can successfully strong arm the TUQ movement with laws and legal rules, it will make it very very difficult for the Military and Establishment to attempt to destabilize future democratic governments.
This is basically a fight that democracy needs to win which means rule of law and making sure PML finishes its 5 years. After that we can just vote them out of power.

The diversion was half the hijacking in itself. Dr. Tuq did the other half. Emirates blacklisted Dr. TUQ because as a single person, he was easy to deal with. They have chastised the govt as well, but will resist going further, as they ahve a big network to Pakistan.
I dont see how establishment is a factor here, unless we want to play conspiracy theory. Dr. Tuq is a nuisance, and PMLN overreacted, apart from committing one blunder after another. Both sides have lost points in this game. No winners.
The problem with the Sharifs is that they feel they are 'intelligent' enough to make decisions on just about every issue, whether its economics, urban planning, foreign affairs, defense, or internal affairs. Internally, they tend to weed out anyone who stands up against them. Absence of Ch. Nisar in the recent past is an obvious sign. They prefer yes-men, and that is what they are paying for.
I dont think their tenure is at risk, but their reputation, for what its worth, is.

Actually no. He refused to disembark and stopped others from leaving the aircraft. That is a hijacking. Diverting a flight is not a hijacking. That is why it is called diverting. And legally a government can divert a flight as it sees fit.

In both these, and many other scenarios where flights are diverted for medical or other reasons, flights are routed to the **closest **possible airport in order to ground the plane quickly and deal with the problem on board. In case of Dr. Tuq, the closest and intended airport was Islamabad, and the govt diverted the flight for political reasons on the ground. Basically they said that we cant deal with the issue on the ground, so go to Lahore.
