Hey ladies .. just thought i'd let you all know I started my IVF treatment today!! .. I'm sooo scared .. the injection did hurt :( .. pleas tell me anything else I should do or not to do .. I would really appreciate it .. all the ladies who have had IVF please help .. is there anything I should read specially throughout this time?

Best of luck to you @sonipari. Just think of all the women throughout the ages who have delivered babies without epidurals. I am sure there were women even more scared than you are. If they can do it then you can too. Try to talk to someone when you are getting the injection and press your nail into another body part when you are getting the injection. That makes the brain attentive towards the pain on the other part and you should feel the injection lesser.

I suggest you stay active and eat healthy. Don't treat this as an illness. Keeping active will help with blood circulation.
My first time was more of a trial error run. So you know how the meds affect your body. Hopefully your 1 cycle is enough.

How many off cycles you actually went through before conceiving?
Sonipari yoh are a really brave girl! Just think that by the end of this pain you will get a sweet fruit in form a baby inshallah 😊 You will be in my prayers

I did one full cycle and had enough embryos to freeze. I had twins on my third frozen embryo cycle

Keep working. Maybe let your supervisor know as you may have to run off for ultrasounds every now and then. Towards the end of the cycle, you may need a couple of ultrasounds and blood tests to check the ovaries.

guys really not been too well .. please need your duas .. I've not had egg collection yet as my level have gone too high .. I'm so worried .. been like this for last couple of days .. I'm going in every day to check blood .. I'm really scared ?

The last 3 weeks have been such a roller coaster. My husband and I were trying for about 7 months. I was using an app to track ovulation.
Well three weeks ago I finally saw the two lines! I went in for bloodwork and for an ultrasound. The bloodwork came out normal but no heartbeat on the ultrasound. we were expecting one at 5 weeks.
The doctor told me it could go either way - missed miscarriage or a heartbeat within a week.
went back for another ultrasound and still no heartbeat...but my hormone levels were steadily rising. today we went in for an ultrasound and there it was! beating away with a fetal pole. the maternal fetal specialist told us that we had the wrong dates and we were off by about 1.5 weeks.
I went back to look at my app and the average cycle it had me on was completely off!!! Lesson learned: just count the number of days for ovulation, never use an app.

CONGRATSSS!!!! Sorry u went through all of that but I am so glad the baby has a heartbeat.
One of my twins didn't have a heart beat at the 1st scan. Once we saw the two beating hearts at the 2nd scan and heard their heartbeats, we were both crying (Hubby and I).

Congrats! That is such a worrying experience. When we had our 6 week scan, they found 2 sacs but nothing inside it... then at 8 weeks everything was there?! ALHAMDULILLAH!

Has anyone heard or gone through an ectopic pregnancy followed by surgery and one tube removal? If they were successful having a baby?

My cousin has gone through such experience . she had two babies with only one tube
