Haven't posted in awhile here. I wish I was posting about good news but unfortunately, I don't have any. We failed our last two IUI's and also failed our first round of IVF. We met with the doctor yesterday and he believes that I have a diminished ovarian reserve even though I'm only 29. My AMH levels is 1.7 and it should be between 2-3 and even higher for people who have PCOS. He suggested another round of IVF where they would push to get as many eggs and then do a FET. We agreed to do this, we're taking a break first though and trying to get mentally ready that this cycle may result in a BFN.
Has anyone ever used donor eggs or chinese herbs to improve egg quality?
Hey Ladies .. update with me ... sorry for not posting
Well as I mentioned in my last post my levels went really high .. they were scared I might get OHSS 😟 Dr's stopped the injections as my levels kept rising .. so the injection which actually makes you produce so many eggs was stopped till my levels came back down which meant I had gone past the days in which you have egg transfer .. I remember going in for a final scan check to see if I actually had any eggs left .. the Dr said I did have some not many though plus she said I won't be able to have egg transfer as it's not safe for them to do so .. I was heartbroken .. this is what kept me going throughout the whole process thinking I'm going to have an egg transferred back into me .. I couldn't stop crying .. the Dr said they will look to freeze the eggs they get ..
I had the egg collection .. that was another hard process for me I just cried n cried .. after the procedure i wasn't too well my blood pressure dropped so dr wouldn't let me go home .. I was the last one there .. the Dr explained to me that putting the egg back into me could send me to ICU it was that serious so they decided not to do it .. obviously I just found it so hard to understand 🙁
about how many eggs .. I wasn't expecting many I knew their wouldn't be many because of the injections bring stopped and me not being well .. they managed to get 4! 😔 .. next day called me up to say 3 have fertilised and they will freeze them straight away .. alhumdulilah for that .. Dr said I'll have to wait 3month/cycles to carry on with it .. this wait is so hard .. I went through so much in the last month .. Im scared I might gave to take injections again
my next appointment with Dr is next week .. I'm ready to start .. I want to do it now I'm hoping to discuss everything with Dr .. please keep me in your duas ☺
Sorry to hear all the pain u went through but still there's a hope as 3 eggs have been fertilised so you just have to wait for the right time to get it transfered into you. I am hoping this cycle is your final and you conceived by the end of it Ameen.

Yeah I know .. I hope this cycle is it for me .. I hope that everything works out .. the treatment has been so tough InshaAllah it'll be worth it .. Thankyou Ameen :)
Hey Ladies … just thought i’d let you all know that I’ve had the transfer today!!! all done alhumdulilah .. it’s been one rollercoaster of a ride but hey atleast I got through it I did it .. just need all the prayers in the world that InshaAllah InshaAllah it works
any of you who went through this did you read anything specifically after egg tranfer?? or any foods I should or should’nt eat?? thankyou
even if problem is with hubby.. u need to be fit to carry a child. we had same thing, after 2 failed attempts, I got fit and got pregnant on the third attempt.
I cried a lot bcoz the couples n friends who are married 1,or 1.5 year after me have kids now
