I am in complete agreement. Yes, the behaviour of these soldiers is despicable, but the greater blame lies with their superiors, all the way to the top. In some respects these soldiers are being made the 'fall guys' for the likes of Bremner and Rumsfeld who should really be hanged for these crimes.

Why on earth would anybody pose with a dead body? I can understand the other pictures that were taken. They were to demean and humiliate the Iraqis. Why these latest pictures though? The guy is dead. Why pose with a dead body?

RedCross documented it as being a widespread abuse, Rumsfeld authorized it. It is crystal clear that those soldiers had the blessings of the higherups while humiliating and torturing iraqis.

Reminds me of the history of amerikkka which is littered with similar outrages and crimes such as what happened to the native indians who where scalped, masscred and the blacks in the civil rights era and previous to this when they was lynched tortured and abused!
