with all due respect Tariq bhai, as much as I agree with that statement, my personal point of view is that if you have a problematic crowd, you also work with them to make them realize difference between right and wrong, by listening to them, by giving value to what ever little or big good they do, by appreciating their efforts - not by taking danda for the sake of using danda in your hand...

Mates . The idea behind this thread is to get some dos/don’ts people may think or ponder while it comes to take responsibilities in daily life

Venues may change from a work place to family life ….

Here Gs and moderators are just taken as a basic example … it aint about trying to teach your Grandma to suck eggs…
