well... I didn't read the middle lines so don't get me wrong if I am off topic!
It seems its about being fit for mod or something?
I joined GS long ago to learn something and to teach few things! and I am happy that I was successful, its a claim that GS is a family site, so I always try to make it family site, I tried to make people smile, created a friendly and family environment, in my all years at GS I always tried to cut the filth from GS, my concept is don't allow any thing at GS which we don't allow in our home and families! ...
For modship it requires some extra curriculum activities on top of having sincerity and capabilities, ... you should not have any issue with humans and angels! ... you shouldn't be a boss of your own kingdom, you should change yourself to be able to think outside your castle, you need to go by the set rules ... if you have these qualities then you can be a mod! just my opinion! no need to agree with it!
I read a few threads on page one and then decided to give my reasons to opt out before my point of view get tainted with other POVs.
1. I do not find it challenging enough.
2. I do not find it exciting enough.
3. If I want to be a Mod I would start my own forums, I have plenty of ideas and I have all the know how , but I am using that know how on developing other kind of websites.
4. As a mod I cannot be as aggressive as I can get now when I am having an online argument with someone.

Now Why I can be a good mod ( I am looking forward to it see no 2 above.
I am a people person and very patient when I have some kind of authority.
I know when to use a stick and when to use a carrot.
I know somethings about everything and everything about somethings.
I am a good teach , people love and admire my teaching skills ( no I am not in teaching or a teacher)
I am a good multitasker, can do and manage multiple tasks at a time.
1-I have tendency NOT to follow/understand the points which are not presented in a simple way.(I will ban every one who writes long posts.)

2-Some time I have very direct approach towards ppl who are being unreasonable.
3-I don't like when people are million miles off from rationality and act all innocent (my brother from across the border, supporting ill will decisions )
Reasons:
1: Im too busy a person to take such a time taking responsibility as this.
2: Being not a mod makes me feel more easy and free to post.
3: I go so by instincts. If i am made a mod by any fearful chance, anytime I can back out and just run out of it So its for the betterment of the place that such people (like me) shouldnt be considered even )
4: Im too lenient. I dont really believe in rules; especially when it comes to as casual a thing as running an online forum. We all come here for fun, and sharing basically; moderate moderating is ok, since this is what “modship” actually requires, but I dont really understand why sometimes people start taking it as serious as running a state you know. (thanks thanks goodness I havent found this kinda thing on here; the mods are chill, and this is what makes the things going at best i believe).
5: Im just not that responsible a person
