but we discourage in our organisation to use terms lie Bhai. Our seniors never allowed us to call them Bhai

Is sy yaad aya.. we are not allowed to say sir ma'am madam or miss to our teacher in college.. we were only allowed to say their names.. i was only onw who used to call them miss/Sir

My goal in life is to make house for my Mom.

yes just names. I only call senior Partner ‘Sir’. We call all the junior partners who promoted in our presence, with their names

I was the youngest where I worked…I used Miss before each colleagues’ name..eventually they started using Miss before my name too
