yes…some ppl are v nervous..specially the ones with no experience…I tried to make them feel comfortable.I always imagined myself in their situation when I used to interview them.

I was the youngest where I worked…I used Miss before each colleagues’ name..eventually they started using Miss before my name too

He apologised at once and it was nothing to be taken as personal. One more thing, some candidates went after shaking hands with me, which is not expected during interviews.

I always shook hands with the candidates I interviewed.Aur shake hand ke pehel mai he kerti thee.

I always shook hands with the candidates I interviewed.Aur shake hand ke pehel mai he kerti thee.

I think its somewhat informal. When the interviewer is on next side of table and you enter room, and meeting a person first time, you are not supposed to shake hands.

I remembered mera apna time.You can see candidates nervousness…fidgeting…or holding their hands kinda stuff..and some are over confident types too .

I used to stand up too
Stand up and shake hands and a nod of the head with a smile.

That’s all informal then I guess.
