lols. my colleagues said that HR lady is rigid and you are soft. so candidates would come out ‘saying aunty khaRoos thi, but uncle was supportive’

good cop bad cop stuff

I never had to tell the candidates myself.After the interview , I would discuss with my GM and tell her my view…then she would deal with the candidates.
And we rejected numerous candidates :hinna:

Its a v good experience…has its downside…the feeling of guilt…but its good.

but we discourage in our organisation to use terms lie Bhai. Our seniors never allowed us to call them Bhai
