For curbing hair fall :
1- Take a cup of olive oil and fry 1 tablespoon methi seeds in it. Strain it and keep it in a bottle and use 3 times a week.
2- Take a cup of olive oil and fry a bunch of garlic peels in it, then strain and use 3 times a week.

You can use either one. I have used both and both worked well for me.
