I have got a good news and a bad news…the good news is that I have actually lost weight..8 lbs to be precise & 7 more to go. The bad news is maybe it wasn’t all fat..it was muscle / water :eek:
This week is certainly easier than the first one, at least for me. I am getting used to skipping lunch…now that is quite an achievement.
p.s. Don’t forget your water intake. I just had two glasses yesterday..gotta change that tonight.

Iftari: 2 pakoras, i mini samosa, fruit chat and milk

I was still hungy later on and Ammi made some excellent hareesa. I couldnt stay away from it for too long. So I had that and McDonald’s Apple Pie for dinner. The pie was my sis’s fault. She brought it for me and did it with such love that i couldnt say no :halo:

Ira..that doesn’t sound too bad…but you could have lived with the apple pie and hareesa…learn to say ‘No’…You are not working out so an apple pie next time means a severe warning :bailan:

Since Ramadan Iv been quite active actually.So I dont think I’ll gain anything with all the fatty foods I eat.I dont believe in starving myself - never works.And nobody knows my weight.No matter how many contacts you have.Oh no, I think I once posted it on gs.:eek:

But its been up and down since then.So.:stuck_out_tongue:

I'm still not fasting :-(

I fainted a few days ago :o and have to take irontablets on doctor's orders. I'm still watching what I eat though. I get up for sehri and have iftar with rest of the family. Inbetween I only drink lots of water or have fruit.

Ooh and I don't have the energy for my excersizes :-( I walk for at least 30 mins a day though.

I lost about 4 lbs.. Yea believe it or not.. I didnt even try any kind of proper diet.. but so happy to lose that extra fat..but i m still on Pakros.!!

I believe I am going fine. I may have lost close to 4-5 pounds. I definitely feel slimmer. I don't want to disappoint myself my checking my weight.

LOL.The weight is around there, you got the height all wrong.2.2 gpa? arghh.chamkili? lol.Ok your sources are horrible.

Since everyone has been posting their wieght losses, I have lost I think 2.5 lbs since Ramadhan so far. I have been fasting since 3 weeks before Ramadhan (on and off) and I have lost a total of 10 lbs total I belive :blush:. The weight loss is going slower now, dang it :frowning:

Anyhow, yest menu was:
sehri: matar keema, two toasts and chai
iftari: veggie pakoray, fruit chat, milk

And then my sis brought me half a gyro sandwich. Fayz, i tell ya, its so hard to say no when you havent had all this tasty food in oh, say, a year? :bummer:

I am a little puzzled if I have lost or gained weight during the past week or so. I mean I feel like I have lost a lot of weight around 3 PM but as soon as the sun goes down I feel like I have gained 20 pounds in a day. :bummer:

And this morning I didn’t feel like going into the kitchen so I got into my car at 4:30 AM and drove down to Denny’s and had pancakes, eggs and toast with Orange Juice and coffee.
