Thirty-Day-Ramazan-Diet plan for GS

I had 3 samoosas. :rotfl: They were so yummy though.

But I promise I shall either work out in my room or go to gym today. I need sexy abs.

No fried food for iftari so far ..yesterday I had 1 1/2 roti with keema/bindi salan and a plate of fruit chat. For sehri one paratha with chai, desi ghee is only for the taste and the energy I need for the day, its not much, just a tiny bit for sehri. 5-6 glass of water.
But I dont feel good, am I eating too much? :(

Good job Ira..you missed the workout…namaz? Remember..they are part of the six golden rules. The strategy is there.. all we need is execution.

Bibi, in majority of the cases motapa is a choice not a disease. There should be discrimination against people who ‘choose’ to be fat. There is no excuse for samosa, pakora and desi ghee when you can have fruits and vegetables. chatkhoRay hain aap log.

Oh this is terrible, horrible, awful display of control by GS women. Fayz you devils advocate. See if I got home in time I would work out too. Yesterday I got home exactly at iftaari time. What do I do? Drink water have a date and go work out? Vaisay I could do that. Just the assurance that I can eat whatever I want now is enough for my hunger to disappear. I am usually fine after the first morsel of food or sip of water. I will work out today right after aftaar. But who is going to deal with mum and dad's lecture? Arrrggghhhh

^ It’s tough for sure. This is what is going to separate men form the boys and hot women form mai's. On November first they are adjusting the clocks by one hour. We will lose another hour so making it to the gym will be impossible…guess what? The goal becomes even smaller.. exercise only for the next seven working days and then when the times change workout only on the weekends. Now there is a break no one would give…hain ji?

Ok I had 3 brown toasts wiv 2 egg whites, a glass of pure orange juice and my multi vitamin tablets to keep ma lox shiny and glowin for Sehri.

For iftari I had 1 roti with chicken bhoona. Half a watermelon and 3 glasses of water.

Later on I had a cheese toastie wiv tomatoes, and some strawberry cheesecake hagen Daz.

I'm not on a diet but i dont like fried and heavy stuff. :):)

I had nothing for sehri (again).

Iftaari - kharbooza, fruit salad, 2 khajoor and orange juice.

Soon after I had daal chawal with shaami kebab.

sehri- half a fried egg and piece of bread

iftar/dinner- daal chaawal, salad and a banana

confession- I just had a muffin :o :yummy:

workout- will do pilates after a while

I had 8 samosas (medium size qeemay walay), chai and half a chicken wrap followed by Chicken Biryani. LOUD burp

I could have eaten 8 more samsas but ran out of stock.

Fayz, did you know that obesity is more prevalent in men than in women? So do keep exercising.

While you do that, I'll go have myself a samosa with chocolate milk and perhaps a swig of oil while i'm at it. :-p

2day for sehri i had chicken salad on toasted rye bread with cucumbers and some potato chips, and rite now for iftar i had muttar chaval with eggs and chicken ka kofta. soooooo good :yummy:

No... r u kiddin me.. I m not Total Fobbish.. but yea.. ramazan mein diet nahi kerni chayee coz ek hi tu month hota hai.. achi achi cheezain khanay ka wo bhi salad mein guzaroon..... warna.. Muj sey zida dietary food kon khata hoga.. i believe in all..workin out and everything.. but pakaro kay baghar iftari ka kia maza ... magar if u are REAL FAT.. den u r allowed a diet in ramazan..

Sara.. who eats potato chips at 5:30 in the morning???? i guess ppl do.. LOL..
