Mashallah is said to praise anything beautiful created by Allah swt. It has nothing to do with religion or people. If Allah swt can bless her with beauty, why do we need to discriminate while praising it? =)

oh acha....yeah aish was an established model by then. those were the 2 reasons she took off her name but she was encouraged by her mom that u shud participate! it wont be a big thing even if u lose!!!!!!....i know aish wud have been teh winner...it was the question that made sush miss universe......i heard that when they announced sush's name it was a big shock in india coz everyone predicted that aish will be winner!!!!!
i agree that the word mashallah is not only for muslims.....its a word to praise things!!!!.....sushmita sen (a hindu) has been using arabic words like mashallah...dat doesnot make her bad or something.....if dats the case then we shud always use the word mashallah and shudnot even use words like beautiful, pretty etc coz they are gora words!!!!!!!

yeah she said it on koffee wid karan (it was all on utube but got deleted coz of violation thing)...i think sushmita is not something pretty pretty like aish but she has the personality n elegance...yeah it was the way she answered the questions which really cliked the judges...if i was the judge then i wud have given it aish....it was actually miss india 1994 which sush won opposite aish (due to her questions)....n then later on for the same year aish went for miss world n sush for miss universe...

Pallav, weight-loss can take away years from u're face but it cant contour and taper u're nose, elongate u're chin and lift u're eyebrows :) Ash is pretty, but the surgeries are apparent.. Kareena claims to have not gone under the knife but majority of them have been. Koena and Rakhi openly admit it.. the rest conceal it :)

Gina,I still think Ash didnt have any surgeries. but i do think she is under going severe sessions of botox!

sigh she isn’t related to me anyway.. so I won’t be as passionate in saying she hasn’t had any surgeries. Let me just say it one more time, the cheekbones, the eyebrows and the nose have all been worked upon.
I think Ash is very very pretty, , this is apparent even in old pics of her as a kid, she one the title for some reason, but I do agree that her acting is a little weak, and sometimes it does seem as though she is still on the sets!!

Dia Mirza and Noor Jehan's GD are both 1/2 white..being pretty in that region is being light skinned I don't really count those as real Asian beauties.. they just look like slightly above avg. white chicks...
