anyway, back to the topic. hear it right from the mouth of Pakistan’s Indus Water Commissioner Jamaat Ali Shah.
Pakistan’s esteemed (non-brahmin) leaders have signed off their waters without any accountability, and have their common man believing India is somehow the aggressor. The only way out is to renegotiate the treaty. and it will most definitely be give and take. there is no way india will give an iota of concession from the indus water treaty without pakistan backing down on kashmir and aiding jihadis like LeT.

We do not have any problem if India is doing Hydro-Power Projects, but blocking water and trying to turn the course of river is against the treaty by all means…
Now if you ever had seen a Hydro power project, then it is not necessary to build a hugeeeeeee dam to have these projects, Dams are for multi-purpose… if India had the right intentions, then they could have build reservoir, to store necessary amount of water and would have allowed Pakistanies to inspect it… since Pakistan is the party getting directly effected from it..
But no, Indians think that they can get away with what ever they do… yes may be true… but they should not forget that, things ain’t going in right directions, we are heading towards war… and if this happens, then it is going to be the last war in this region… even the remains of the dead-ones would be hard to found and living ones would envy the dead ones…
If thats what India is looking forward ( and by their actions it looks like they are) then there is nothing which can stop it… apart from India or Pakistan disintegrating ( although not possible )

Do you even think before you post ? My whole point is that we never had "wet dreams" about destroying Pak. If we had, we would have finished off the job right after partition when Pak was still struggling to stand on its own feet.

All India has done is defended its borders, it has never aimed to annex pakistani territory. Indian old senile dhoti prasad politicians dont have the desire/time or brains to do that. Its the pakistani generals who come to power by over throwing civilian govt in pakistan, who have always desired or rather "wet dreamt" to annex delhi. Gen Ziaul Haqs "wet dream" was to see Pakistani Parcham on Lal Qila; who claimed 1 pak fauji is equal to 10 Indians. And then came disco Mushurraf with Kargil plan.

really folks, share your position, justify, prove, but the name calling, flaming and pushing buttons gets very old very quick and thread ends up having zero value.

Kashmir is an internationally disputed territory. As stated by the UN. End of discussion. India's claim to Kashmir as an integral part of India is not accepted.
