janab ye abhi bhi hayn, PPP ka jo garh hay us ki khabar to den, Larkana ne PPP ke daur mai kitni taraqqi ki? Rural Sindh ke kia haalaat hayn?

You are talking like Showbaz Sharif / desert bird now equating Punjab with Pakistan and you equating Karachi with Sindh. Sindh is not all of Karachi.

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

That is acceptable to people like OP because they wear different masks to fool the people. They are staunch enemies of those whom they pretend to be supporters. I have no clue why certain people of Sindh behave like this.

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Still no condemnation of statement by Bhangi Shah? Sindh ko maar ke jiyo jiyalo

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Just read first line of the article. Its in your Mother tongue and let me know what do you feel about poor people of Sindh, before taking a ride to call others enemies of Sindh

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

You didn't know how Zia-ul-Haq unleashed terror on people of Sindh. She was afraid of his wrath and ran away from any further persecution. She was not asked to leave but she was simply asked not to report to duty without dopatta.

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Zia is the worst thing happened to Pakistan and he met his fate.

Now give me some comment on Qaim Ali Shah's statements. Don't you feel any responsibility towards sorrow of people of Thar? I didn't open this thread to discuss situation in Karachi and what did Zia to Pakistan especially TV anchors.

If Shahbaz Sharif had used such words for people of Cholistan, I would see how he got right to be respected by Punjab's people. Sindhiyon ka zameer hi nahin ghairat bhi mar chuki hai

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Which article are you talking about?

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Do you include yourself in above statement?

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

This is my observation too. If people start getting things without struggle they start taking them for granted and stop striving for them. The Australian government provides facilities to the Aborigines to appease them, the result has not improved their living a single bit. As their generations dont work and study, the result is still the same - poverty.

Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

That is the point I am trying to explain to you. Bhutto was far far far better than this dictator.
