Re: The death of civil society in Sindh
One thing is quite clear - all the leaders from Sindh both from the rural and urban areas have destroyed Sindh - particularity its education which has led to the current devastating situation here.
More than them , All the four traitors Ayoub ,Tahya , Zia and Mush destroyed actually Sindh and Pakistan

That is acceptable to people like OP because they wear different masks to fool the people. They are staunch enemies of those whom they pretend to be supporters. I have no clue why certain people of Sindh behave like this.
Re: The death of civil society in Sindh

Still no condemnation of statement by Bhangi Shah? Sindh ko maar ke jiyo jiyalo
Re: The death of civil society in Sindh
Just read first line of the article. Its in your Mother tongue and let me know what do you feel about poor people of Sindh, before taking a ride to call others enemies of Sindh
Re: The death of civil society in Sindh
If Mrs rashidi was trusted by benazir Bhutto and she appointed her as Education Secretary, we should then buy any realted statement from the lady who was a role model for you to make your point against Zia :)
BTW, for making facts straight read her sentence 'maine khud mana kar dia'. That means she was not asked to leave.
You didn't know how Zia-ul-Haq unleashed terror on people of Sindh. She was afraid of his wrath and ran away from any further persecution. She was not asked to leave but she was simply asked not to report to duty without dopatta.

Zia is the worst thing happened to Pakistan and he met his fate.
Now give me some comment on Qaim Ali Shah's statements. Don't you feel any responsibility towards sorrow of people of Thar? I didn't open this thread to discuss situation in Karachi and what did Zia to Pakistan especially TV anchors.
If Shahbaz Sharif had used such words for people of Cholistan, I would see how he got right to be respected by Punjab's people. Sindhiyon ka zameer hi nahin ghairat bhi mar chuki hai

Do you include yourself in above statement?
Re: The death of civil society in Sindh
In shadow of this quota system, PPP get a chance not to develop rural Sindh. Why should every Sindhi travel to Karachi and Hyderabad for education and job? Why not people of LaRkana, Sukkur and Jackobabad get these facilities in their hometowns? This quota system stopped such development in those areas and also created a sense of insecurity in population of Karachi and Hyderabad. They never get local population running their own cities. But this is a different discussion...
This is my observation too. If people start getting things without struggle they start taking them for granted and stop striving for them. The Australian government provides facilities to the Aborigines to appease them, the result has not improved their living a single bit. As their generations dont work and study, the result is still the same - poverty.

That is the point I am trying to explain to you. Bhutto was far far far better than this dictator.
