***Confu that happens.......don't despair...

What you need to do is stop and think .....U know what ur goals are and U knoe U could achieve them like you did .....

I suggest set a date , not today or tomorrow...like in say 3-4 days from now that you will go back to ur healthier eating mode....meanwhile enjoy the next 3 days to ur most have all the things u crave and want ......

That way u don't keep breaking down and binging .....I would suggest setting urself "Reward days" like every 5th day you treat urslf to wat u've been craving most for "one meal of that day !

Every single night i seem to get this resolve that I will start that diet (eating better) in the morning, and it immediately dissolves by the morning. I have like ZERO control over my desires etc. :(

***Ok it seems mainly the reason for quitting is temptation.

So i'm suggesting everyone who thinks they have issues about giving into temptation starts going on My 5 to 1 diet.

This is how it works , You be really , really good for 5 days and the sixth day u treat yourself and indulge and then back again . Continue this cycle for about a month , by a months time u will notice weightloss as well as less n less desire to binge and ruin ur efforts.
