Weight loss should be posted by each participant in GREEN BOLD font during the course of 2 weeks .
Instructions , Caloric requirements of each member and tasks will be posted in the LOCKED thread . This will include a point system where we assess progress .
You can generally chill and mingle and share tips with each other and track progress in this thread as well
I've calculated your caloric ( if u've sent in your details ) reqts per day . Use the Desi Calorie Calculator to keep track of your calories and stay WITHIN the reqt amount. Now this does NOT mean you have to cut out on all those yummy things your having especially in Ramadan. All you need to do for the time being is to think MODERATION !......

You will be set a new task every 2 weeks. It would be advisable to keep a diary so you can keep track of your own progress or you can post in here everyday on your progress and compare with others. ! Check for the Challenge in the Instructions thread .
We need to know how many days did you stick to the challenge and when did u cave in !
I think I am going to send updates of what I have done to try and lose weight on this thread
So for me today For me I cycled into work and will do so ont he way back.. That is atleast 30 minutes of exercise..
I will then go home and do atleast half an hour on my wii fit...
That’s what I gave up when I decided to do this …and it made a HUGE difference !..
I’ve been almost Coke -free now for 6 months…I stopped it cold-turkey in March and din’t touch the stuff not even zero coke till June/July when i had it a few times on very special occasions. By that time I knew I had lost my taste for it and din’t even feel like having it after a few sips !
