ive been pretty good this past week i think mostly im within the 1200-1300 calorie range - and my workouts consist of lifting, bending, packing, taping and running around the house all day so i thnk i burn a good 300-400 calories doing that
These are approximations of my calorie values for the week.

I've lost one pound so far (Mash'Allah), and thats a miracle considering all the mithai I have been eating uncontrollably everyday and the workouts I have been skipping. I'm going to try to stop that from tomorrow. The kalaqand is finished. smack

Hey Sheyn & gang
How is everyone doing?
I've been good with stopping crisps and fizzy drinks but have taken up a worse habit of choc so will need to ban myself from that too...
I have lost 2 lbs so far and I am trying my best to get only 1400 calories a day including pakoras.
Sheynnnni since I was going to taraweeh prayers for 1 and a half hour so I was not doing exercise. Are they considered little bit in excercise I mean the taraweeh prayers.:@:
I'm having a problem controlling my appetite during Iftar time. I will eat a decent amount of food and then there are times when I just dive into the cookies and milk or ice cream or whatever the case may be. I have done this two to three days in a row now. How do I stoppppp doing thissss????? I even told myself today that I wont do it, but I did. smack
***Munni you can stop doing it by making sure you start with drinking 3 glasses of water before each meal so you feel fulll and automatically eat less. Then go on to have a proper moderately proportioned meal and finish off with a fruit and some nuts ...just a handful......These are again filling and not high in calories .
