***Ok it seems mainly the reason for quitting is temptation.
So i'm suggesting everyone who thinks they have issues about giving into temptation starts going on My 5 to 1 diet.
This is how it works , You be really , really good for 5 days and the sixth day u treat yourself and indulge and then back again . Continue this cycle for about a month , by a months time u will notice weightloss as well as less n less desire to binge and ruin ur efforts.
