That plane was amazing. Here I thought they would be going in one of those tiny planes that seat 10 people, but they go in a 747 Jumbo Jet! Talk about luxury ... and that resort ..... wooooo .... Florida has never looked so appealing to me.

however - i am pretty surprised to see Troy leaving the show - i think Trump differeniate between him and Kwane on the basis of education - at one hand you have Harvard graduate - and the other hand you have HS diploma guy.
Trump did say Troy being competitor but he ain't just ready for the job - probably he said it because of Troy's educational background? tho it was tough but you would definitely like to chose a more educational, experience guy to handle billion dollar company.

It was pretty clear that the $40K deal was "fixed" by Trump to retain the ratings for the show..by keeping Nick & Amy in the show. They could have atleast made it less blatant / obvious!
not just ratings but since it was being watched by 19 odd million viewers, it was imperative he give an impression that his properties fetch that much on the market even when peddled by amateurs.

If that was the case why did they pick Troy in the first place? If his education automatically disqualifies him then he should not have been chosen for the show..its very cruel to choose him & then discard him on the basis of his education ..doesnt make sense at all..
I agree.. and it probably wasn't only a lack of education.. but the way he just embarked on executing some of his ideas.. Troy could have used that angle though.. why select me if u're gonna disqualify me on the basis of my education or a lack thereof.
I think it had little to do with his education and more to do with his skills and sometimes volative behaviour. I did find his approach good, but not for a multi-billion dollar company. I think he just needs to work on how he comes across to potential clients and learn to be more creative when it comes to marketing skills and bringing in the money.
Well the teams are asked to do a salesman's / marketing manager's job not that of a CEO, though the ultimate aim is to be President of the company. Troy did just that. No matter what kind of leader he is atleast he showed "leadership intent" while Kwame showed none.
And by the way Trump repeatedly stressed the education factor in the Board room which was just plain wrong. Does he think all his viewers are stupid idiots..
I think Troy also lost points by taking notes into the board room and then reading it to Trump ... :D
