No they do not represetn Wahabi or Deobandi sect of Islam. They represent delusional beings who want power, money and influence.
They do follow Deobandi teachings and are quick to pronounce takfir.

Most of Pakistanis including myself belong to Deoband school of thought .We have never seen such thing in Deoband school. It has produced one of the greatest and moderate Scholars like Ashraf Ali Thanvi , Mufti Shafee,Anwar Shah Kashmiri, Mahmood-il-Hassan, Hussain Ahmed Madni,Rasheed Gangoohi etc but they have never ordered such things. Deoband and Brelvi schools both follow Imam Abu Hanifah in Fiqah who was the most moderate and greatest of all imams in fiqah.
They follow Tribal Culture which spins around revenge . 2 tribes fight for centuries over matter of revenge, honour, tribal prestige etc etc. Woman are just cattle and sheep in thier culture just like Vanni type things happen in tribal areas of Mianwali of upper punjab and Khanewal, Muzzafar Garh in lower punjab where Mukhtara Mai incident happened.

They are killing innocents , security forces because Pakistan helped US in overthrowing Talibans Government of Afghanistan.We were bound to do that as UNO 218 members passed unanimous resolution against them for planning 9/11 and killing innocents and they are taking revenge of it from Army and civil society.Its Revenge not Islam they follow in most of thier matters

I went through Maulana Maudoodi Tafheem-ul-Quran today and got some more hadees and incidents he quoted in Sura Noor tafseer

Umar(ra) who was sitting aside said..When Allah has put a curtian on you...why are you opening it. Man went away .Prophet(pbuh) said abring him back and recited the verse
" Establish Salat (namaz) at the both ends of a day and when some night passecd.Verily, good deeds omit sins (Quran)
Man went away happily.Sahabas asked is this particular for him only. Prophet(pbuh) replied ..for every muslim.
Being nude, kissing , loving CANNOT put any Hadd on woman or man. Qazi can give appropriate punishment if 4 men found it but cannot hadd or 100 lashes .
When anybody involved in Adultery used to come to Prophet(pbuh) , he never asked about his/her counterpart which was involved with him/her.Most of the time Prophet(pbuh) used to say..go away and ask Allah for forgiveness. Otherwise he gave punishment but not asked SPECIFICALLY about the other.A Islam is not fond of stonning , lashing and cutting hands .Prophet(pbuh) came as Blessing for Whole Humanity...not TERRIFYING people.
There was a woman indulged in Adultery and all knew that .In Bukhari , it is, it was known to people of Medina like a clear day, 100% sure. But Prophet(pbuh) said..I have no proof so I cannot punish her .If i had punished the people without proof of 4 , i would have punished her.
But since there was no proof, nothing said to her anything.

My apologies, I did not mean to malign Deobandis. But whatever I have read, seen and heard has led me to believe that Deobandi school is quite in sync with salafi/wahabi jahadi ideology and it is the deobandi madressahs which are recruiting grounds for the Jihadi cadres and suicide bombers.

there are two major portion of hanafies in pakistan brailvies (follower of ahmed raza khan brailvi) decendent of shia rizvi sect, who mixed hanafi fiq with sufi fiq.
deobandi (matrudi) are follower of imam abu hanifa rah.
salafies are gheer muqalid.
