"SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Yes. It seems like a misunderstanding.

:)

Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”

What do u mean by ..us and them.. I thought we are all muslims… what happened to the muslim nation that everybody talks about… It simply doesn’t exist.. thanks to people like you.

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

What are you the CIA? Please.. dont make claims if you cant back them up!

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

hahaha (also known as Debater),

I am **no CIA **and do not wish to be one.

I am a simple ordinary Muslim who keeps an eye on the international events as they happen.

To summarize,

Sipah-e-Sahaba / Taliban / Bin Laden **were created by **Saudi / Israel / America **to divide Islamic ummah and divert our (Muslims*) attention away from significant issues **like Palestine / Kashmir / Lebanon / Baitul Muqaddas.*

Go back only 15-20 years back and read how the true Islamic Revolution in Egypt (Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen) and Algeria **were crushed to create fake Islamic movements **like Taliban / Bin Laden by Israel and America through Saudi to defame Islam and give a fanatic picture of Islam instead of a democratic one.

Its *all crystal clear!! *

Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”

I bet you got a crystal ball in your pocket.

Now what about the sisters?

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

just now they brutally killed shia pilgrims in iraq...i think this thread should just get closed now

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Reality has a way of deflating mullah fantasies.

Forget about sunni-shia unity, we can't even manage deobandi-barelvi unity yet.

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

How can you call a person your brother, when he cusses Abu Bakr and Umar and Aishaa, the Mother, may Allah be pleased with them.

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Well done

Unit is strength

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

How can you consider people as "deriving source of your religion" when they curses/abuses/hate Ahlulbayt [as] specially Ali bin Abi Talib [as]?

(As you know i m pointing out the other thread in progress)

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

^^

The following is the official Ahle Sunnah stance regarding those who cuss the Companions, be it ahle bait or otherwise...
Imam Ibn Taymiyah, may Allah have mercy on his soul said, “Ahl Al-Sunnah befriend every believer; they speak with just and knowledge; they are not people of ignorance or desire; they disavow themselves from the Shia and the Nasibah; befriend everyone who came before them (the Muslim ones); they know the prestige of the Companions, their virtues, and their merits; they take care of the rights of Ahl Al-Bayt that Allah had decreed for them; they do not agree to what Al-Mukhtar and other liars did, nor what Al-Hajjaj and other oppressors did; and they know the levels of the people who preceded them: they know that Abu Bakr and Omar have the most virtues that none of the Companions, Othman, or Ali had achieved.” [Minhaj Al-Sunnah, 2/71]
Your claim that the scholars of Ahle Sunnah cuss and hate the Ahle Bait is still unproven.

Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”

I have already provided proof for my claim in another thread with a online link so onus on you to bring your explaination about that not to bring empty claim “we love Ahulbayt more than Shias” , believe me that has become too old now! As for Ibn Tamiyah , i dont know why he was pretending to be the lvoer of Ahlulbayt [as] while he in his heart had other things to believe or why didnt you mention his love for Kharawij. As he wrote:

ليسوا ممن يتعمد الكذب بل هم معروفون بالصدق حتى يقال إن حديثهم من أصح الحديث**]**

“…they are not of those who lie on purpose, they are known as truthful ones, even it has been said about them that their hadith is amongst the most reliable hadiths”
Minhaj as Sunnah, Volume 1 page 68
كتب شيخ الإسلام تقي الدين أحمد بن تيمية و تلميذه إبن القيم الجوزية](كتب شيخ الإسلام تقي الدين أحمد بن تيمية و تلميذه إبن القيم الجوزية)

Subhanallah! At one side Ibn Tamiyah (and his present day likes) “claim” to love Ahlulbayt [as] more than Shias and on the other side when it come about the teachings of madhab they deem the all time enemies and abusers of Ahlulbayt [as] to be ‘reliable’ authority to derive the teachings of their madhab and not from Ahlulbayt [as]!

oh come on!! To whom are you playing with? I dont know why your extremist ulema who teach Shia hatred and tell you that Shias are worse bec they have something against your caliphs, they just hide the love, affection and praise which they had for the enemies of Ahlulbayt [as].

Again I will say that, that when we can ‘try’ to overlook such a big flaw in your madhab i.e your madhab is based on those who were all time enemies of our most belvoed Ahlulbayt [as] and even then we extend our hand towards Sunnies just for the sake of Islam and the challenges it is facing today, then why cant extremist elements among sunnies (like you) can also do the same. Yes we have this thins in both of our madhabs which is a ‘problem’ to eachother but what can we do about it, this is based on the incidents of past, cant change it !

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

^
Can you name all the abusers of Ahl-e-Bait and those whom you consider Munaafiq?

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

Brother Sheraz CT, Kehkashan and others,

Sunnis in general are very loving people. What happened in Iraq was on the orders of Israeli / Saudi **masters of **Bin Laden and Zarqawi groups.

Sunnis including myself all around the world are and should be supporting our shia brothers of **Hizbollah **from the bottom of our hearts.

Yahoo News from Friday, July 28.

*Egypt's mufti defends Hizbollah operations *

Fri Jul 28, 11:11 AM ET

CAIRO (Reuters) - The Mufti of Egypt, the country's senior exponent of Islamic law, said the Lebanese guerrilla group Hizbollah was defending Lebanon against Israeli injustice.

"The attacks, killing and destruction that are taking place in Lebanon now by Israeli forces are injustice itself," Mufti Ali Gomaa told a meeting in southern Egypt. He was quoted by the state news agency MENA on Friday.

"This gives the Lebanese the right to defend themselves. Hizbollah is defending its country and what it is doing is not terrorism," said Gomaa, a government appointee.

On Thursday Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, one of the largest Islamist political movements in the Arab world, rejected fatwas or religious rulings by Saudi clerics against Sunnis supporting Hizbollah, which is Shi'ite Muslim.

In Qatar, prominent Muslim scholar Sheikh Youssef al-Qaradawi condemned the fatwas as "fanaticism."

"When the enemy enters a country all the people there should unite to resist, be they Sunnis or Shi'ites, Muslims or Christians ... Such divisions hurt the resistance, which requires everyone to close ranks and speak in one voice," Qaradawi said.

"One is not allowed to instigate religious fanaticism which divides the people," he told Al Jazeera television.

In Cairo after noon prayers on Friday, about 1,000 people protested peacefully against Israeli attacks in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories. Many of them chanted slogans in support of Hizbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

At a separate demonstration by children outside a mosque in north Cairo, police detained 15 adult supervisors from the opposition Muslim Brotherhood, the brotherhood said.
Riot police with sticks broke up the protest by about 800 children, one of the organization's Web sites said.

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

thank you for answering brother.. Could you further explain me the belief of Shias about the Khulafa-e-Rashideen?

Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”

You are most welcome. The mildest version of the reply to your question which i can extend is that Shias do not believe in the status/rank/position “khulfa Rashdeen” rather Shia believe in the rank of Imamate after the Holy Prophet’s final prophethood, so you can say we have nothing to the rank of “Khalifa Rashid” and hence from their holders too. We also believe that being the (spritual) successor of Holy Prophet [s] it was Ali [as]'s right to become (physical) successor of Holy Prophet [s] as well i.e (physcial) caliph but that right was snatched from him and people who were not eligible for that post took over, hence we have that compaint againt them.

Having said that, relevant to the topic/thread i will again say that if intention is there, unity can be achieved.

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"

snatched, not eligible... intention, unity... right ... Thanks
