Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
Brothers,
Please stick to the topic. Lets not go 1300 years back.
Let me ask you all this,
Does our enemy (Israel) ask us if we are SUNNI (HAMAS) or SHIA (HIZBOLLAH) before killing us or destroying our houses in Gaza and Lebanon?
The answer is "NO".
Then, come out of this limited mentality shell of us (sunni) and them (shia).
Insha-Allah
Takbeer!
Allah Akbar!
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
I Hope nobody felt offended by my reply brothers.
My intent throughout this thread and in my own life had been to lessen the differences among muslims.
They are all damaging and are spoilling our unity in the long term.
Sunni Shia bhai bhai
Amreeka nay aag lagaee
Sunni Shia may ho aika
Israel rahay na Amreeka!

Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
I wondered why there are so many sects in Islam ? Does Allah or Prophet recognise these sects which is commonly claimed ?
As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did. (Quran 6:159)
Bloody satan knows that the average human beings wouldnt knowingly lie about Allah, the satan does not instruct humans to directly lie about Allah, instead he instructs them to say about Allah, what they have no knowledge of.
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
Let me put my two cents towards the unity topic. Actually, what I understand and believe is that this disunity is more a political disunity (fed by misunderstanding) that had taken the shape and space in both Shia and Sunni peripheral beliefs. Both have given importance to something and trying to include it into Islam whereas it has no significance as far as religion is concerned. It is there even though it is so easy to know that it should not be there. Unfortunate thing is that, taking advantage of this trivial addition, kuffars and Munafaqeens used it to divide Muslims (Shia and Sunni) and even at time create discord between them.
Now let see the truth: Last sentence from the Last sermon of Prophet (SAW) at mount Arafat (I believe that no Shia or Sunni deny this, what Prophet (SAW) said).
‘BE MY WITNESS O ALLAH THAT I HAVE CONVEYED YOUR MESSAGE TO YOUR PEOPLE.’
Is there anything to ponder? Sure it is, that is, Islam at that time is completed. Prophet (SAW) is making Allah witness that he has conveyed the message of Allah to the people of Allah. Obviously if there was anything left then this sentence would be inappropriate at that time. Regardless, since whole life of Prophet (SAW) is a message of Allah, we can extend the message of Allah until the time Prophet (SAW) died.
Now we should ask ourselves (Shia and Sunni) that, could there be anything part of Islam after the declaration of Prophet (SAW) or at least after the death of Prophet (SAW)? Any person with little intelligence would agree that, obviously nothing extra could be part of Islam. Thus, if nothing extra after the death of Prophet (SAW) could become part of Islam, then how ‘Khalafat’ and ‘Right of Khalafat’ could become part of Islam is beyond intelligence. Obviously, Khalafat is nothing to do with Islam.
Historically, after the death of Prophet (SAW), Ansar were claiming the right of Khalafat. Later, proposal was that there should be one Khalifa from Ansars and one from Muhajirs (that could have happened but it did not). This event itself shows that there was no direction by Prophet (SAW) regarding Khalafat (or successor of Prophet (SAW)).
Result was that Abu Bakar (RA) became first Khalifa. Abu Bakar (RA) nominated Umar (RA) as his successor but then, Umar (RA) left 7 names for khalafat. Usman (RA) left no name and it was persuasion by others, that brought Ali (RA) to become fourth Khalif.
All this shows that Prophet (SAW) left no name nor graded anyone or that who should be Khalifa after him. If Prophet (SAW) had left names then there would have been no arguments or claim from Ansars for Khalafat, nor need for nomination of Abu Bakar (RA) by Umar (RA). Neither there would have been requirement by Abu Bakar (RA) to nominate Umar (RA) as successor or for Umar (RA) to leave 7 names to choose from for third Khalif, nor people persuasion to Ali (RA) to become fourth Khalif. All would have been automatic if there was direction or grading of these four Sahabas by Prophet (SAW).
[Historical situation is that, it was possible that instead of first four Khalifs we know, there could have been another set of four names in their place as there was no direction left by Prophet (SAW) regarding succession. Moreover, as four Khalifs we know would have been irrelevant, with different names as first four Khalifs, I believe concocted grading in hadiths would have given their names instead of these fours].
Surprisingly, Sunni claims that Prophet (SAW) did and they have hadith to prove, not talking about Khalifat but regarding being who is best and next and next and next (seems a concocted hadith). Shia on the other hand claims that Prophet (SAW) actually nominated Ali (RA) as his successor (again it seems a concocted claims). If Prophet (SAW) wanted to name Ali (RA) as successor, then all should have known and there would not have been any conflict regarding Khalafat after the death of Prophet (SAW), when Ansars wanted Khalifa from them and Quraish wanted Khalifa from them. None even mentioned the name of Ali (RA) at that moment.
Addition by Sunni: Addition by Sunni of Khulfa-e-Rashadeen as part of Islam is nothing to do with Islam, even though I believe that they were amongst the best of Khalifas along with Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA). Regardless, Khulfa-e-Rashadeen and all Muslims of that time were just Muslims as any Muslims of today and laws of Islam were applicable on them as much as on any Muslim of today. Whatever Muslims of earlier time did is in no-way better or worse then what Muslims of today do.
As for their nearness to Allah, only Allah knows best and we cannot determine that nearness. We can only determine them according to their actions and sayings (and that is only because they were people that influenced Islam and such people are open to critism, because their actions affected people).
Many Sunnis do not want to see (or judge) what they (Sahabas) did during earlier time of Islam BUT want to criticize what Shia do (or on basis of claim what shia do). For instance, Muslims of earlier days (Sahabas) fought with Sahabas (fought each other), killed Sahabas (killed each other) and abused Sahabas (abused each other). In Jang-jamal 10 thousand Sahabas died in the hand of other Muslims (Sahabas) and in Jang-siffin around 100 thousand Muslims died (many Sahabas) in the hand of other Muslims (including many Sahabas). Still those Muslims (Sahabas) that fought, that killed, and that abused Sahabas, were very pious Muslims (some names are Ali (RA), Imam Hasan (RA), Imam Hussain (RA), Aisha (RA), Zubair (RA), Talha (RA) etc).
According to Quran, Allah demands that we love Prophet (SAW) and loving Prophet (SAW) means loving those close to Prophet (SAW). There is no doubt that a person loves his children more then anyone and that means, love of children of Prophet (SAW) is part of Islam (If we love Prophet (SAW), it is natural that we love his children too)..
Love of Prophet (SAW) more then anything in this world, including parents and children, is must and part of Imaan:
* *
Surah 9 ayah24: *YUSUFALI:* Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious.]
Now imagine that there were Sahabas in Yazid Army (Yazid was not even Sahaba) that killed grandson of Prophet (SAW). Now grandson of Prophet (SAW) was not only Sahaba but was blood of Prophet (SAW), still we prefer to stay quite in most cases. Sahabas and other Muslims that use to read darood-e-Ibrahimi in every prayer [and thus pray for the children of Prophet (SAW)] at the same time were taking part in killing the children of Prophet (SAW), still we prefer to keep quite, but when it come to Shia and Sunni, some munafiqs are always there to create discord.
Thus, it is clear example that fighting, killing or abusing Sahabas does not make anyone non-Muslim or that it is anything to do with Islam. It is matter of individuals and only Allah can judge that person (or punish that person if Allah wishes so). For Muslims, we can just leave that matter between Allah and individuals. Any Muslim that try to get involved in such issues (that is nothing to do with Islam), they do that only for creating fitna and their end is a certain ‘Jahannum’. Actually, our loyalty and love should be with Allah and Prophet (SAW) only (as that is required to be Muslim).
[Many people (ignorant or Munafiqs) I came across try to change the real meaning of darud-e-Ibrahimi by saying that Aal-e-Muhammad means follower of Muhammad (SAW), not children of Muhammad (SAW). They do not realize that Allah has made this darud fool proof. In this darud, Allah has linked Aal-e-Muhammad (SAW) with Aal-e-Ibrahim (AS) by saying in darud ‘Aal-e-Muhammad like Aal-e-Ibrahim’ and there is purpose for that. Aal-e-Ibrahim (AS) are those who are descendent of Ibrahim (AS) only.
Ibrahim (AS) and Adam (AS) came as prophet to their own children unlike most other prophets that came as prophet to their people. Adam (AS) did not had ummah and Ibrahim (AS) who was born in Urr (around Kuwait or Basra) left his people when he was kid. Through out Quran, Allah has mentioned that he blessed the children of Ibrahim (AS) as mentioned in darud-e-ibrahimi. Thus, Aal-e-Muhammad in this darud is nothing to do with follower of Prophet (SAW) as follower of Muhammad (SAW) are not called Aal-e-Muhammad, but they are called ‘ummat-e-Muhammad’. Thus, Aal-e-Muhammad in this darud is same as what Aal-e-Ibrahim means; that is children].
Addition by Shias: They consider that first three Khalifs deprived the right of Ali (RA) as only Ali (RA) had the right of Khalafat after the death of Prophet (SAW). They should realize that if Ali (RA) did not become Khalifa then it must be due to the will of Allah. They should realize that right belongs to no one other then Allah, and in the eyes of Allah, power in this world is meaningless. Allah gives powers to a person whom he likes regardless of that person is good bad or ugly, it does not matter. Allah gave power to Pharaoh while Musa (AS) was his salve. Allah made Yusuf (AS) slave of Aziz and later made him serve King of Egypt. Lut (AS), Nuh (AS) or even Ibrahim (AS), none had power over others.
Actually, they should realize that what ever they believe, the judge is only Allah, and they have no right (or benefit) to judge anyone from the past or abuse (if they do) any Person that is not even there to defend themselves. They should think that what happened in the past, even if they are right, they could not change anything neither it should concern them, they are just creation and are not judge of anyone (neither it is part of their worldly duty to judge anyone). They should accept that khalafat of Abu Bakar (RA), Umar (RA) and Usman (RA) was by the will of Allah. They should realize that Allah is judge and not them thus it is best to stop living in the past and start living in present.
Note: Most Muslims seems to have forgotten a most important part of Islam. That is, a Muslim should be more worried and concerned of their own Iman (faith), Aqedah (believes) and Amaal (actions) rather then others (be they Shia, Sunni or anyone, even kuffar). A Muslim only act against others when under physical threat. Though if they can, they should try to propagate Islam with their amaal (actions), good deeds and polite arguments.
Once a Muslim starts worrying about what others are doing or believing and start force or become intolerant, that Muslim leaves Islam and become Fitna (whose end is Jahannum). A Muslim should realize that Allah created all and it is he who judge his creation and did not gave right to anyone from his creation to judge others. Only thing I can say to those who try to judge others is that, ‘Do not try to become GOD because if you try, you will ‘NOT going to become God’, but you will surely going to become partner of Shaitan’
I have also come across many ignorant who claim that they want to stop others because they fear that others are misguiding people. They do not realize that ‘no one can misguide truth by propagating falsehood’. Actually, these ignorant without even realizing misguide people by propagating falsehood, and that is why they are unconsciously worried about others.
Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”
Masha-Allah brother. Very well said :k:
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
My question is still unanswered and maybe will never be answered.....
Does our enemy (Israel) ask us if we are SUNNI (HAMAS) or SHIA (HIZBOLLAH) before killing us or destroying our houses in Gaza and Lebanon?
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
Let them take responsibility of what they say or do. You dont have to be the judge, Leave it up to Allah
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
Ajmal Farooqui - First of all you need to stop singing praises for Qazi Hussain Ahmad, if he was a sincere Muslim, he would not have created (or helped it to be created) such a mess in Afghanistan. Mr. Qazi being a Pathan himself, convinced ISI and CIA to give Arms and ammunition more to Gulbadeen Hikmatyar than to others like Rasheed Dostum, Ahmad Shah Masood, Mulla Rakti etc. why this? because Gulbadeen was a Pathan himself. So zip it buddy, you are running after a lame duck. Secondly it were and are the Mullahs who created a rift among Pakistani populace, well first it was only Shias and Sunni, then came, thanks to these Ulema-e-Sooo, Deobandis, Barelvis, Ahlul Quran, Muraqba Halls and Parvezi and Bozri firqas, Man you see what they did, they were not here to help , infact they were pulling each other in different direction. If Qazi Saheb, is such a Muslim-lover why he and his goons never went to Iraq to fight USA, and why their tails are hidden among their legs when USA is killing Muslims right in your neighbourhood???
All they could do is to jump on Army laps and distort money, they are simply extortionists, simple as a b c...
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
If you want peace and harmony in Pakistan generally and among all ummah specifically, we need to understand each other and each other's need. We need to treat everybody with respect. If Karachi is making 65 cents out of the whole dollar Pakistan is making, Karachi should be given priority. Last year I visited Karachi and believe me, I cried tears.
Justice is not to be written, but to be done aswell. adios
Re: “SUNNI / SHIA Brothers”
I roger that :k:
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
I wish we can make it the best ramadhan by showing true SUNNI / SHIA Unity.
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
"THE TRUTH"
How sunni / shia unity was destroyed?
**SAUDI / ISRAELI **games are quite hidden unless one has common sense, he cannot understand them.
Taliban, Bin Laden, and Zarqawi alqaeda in Iraq **were all created through the najaiz (illegal) relationship of **ISRAEL and SAUDI.
The whole idea behind those fanatic organizations as I mentioned earlier was to defame Islam (by calling us fanatics).
The timing of all these events was also critical since it was the time when good Muslim tehreeks like:
1)Ikhwan-ulmuslimeen in Egypt, **
**2) Islamic Movement in Algeria
3) Jamaat-e-Islami in Pakistan
4) Hizbollah in Lebanon
5) Hamas in Palestine
were all moving towards True Islamic Revolution **in their areas by co-ordinating through the **great Iranian Leadership **of that time (namely **Mr Khomeini).
My Amir (Qazi Sahab) Jamat-e-Islami declared during those days that:
"The Islamic Revolution we are striving for in Pakistan is the same exact one as we saw in Iran"
Unfortunately, **ISRAEL / SAUDI **succeeded in their evil designs of distracting our attention from Kashmir, Palestine, Egypt and Algeria real problems.
**ISRAEL / SAUDI **created a filthy picture of Islam with fanatics like Bin Laden, Taleban who in the beginning even we (Jamaat) thought ok. Now Jamaat and other honest Muslims know the true picture.
MMA in Pakistan is a similar platform like HAMAS / HIZBOLLAH coalition to defend Islam **against **enemies of Islam (namely=ISRAEL, AMERICA, BIN LADEN, and SAUDI).
Bin Laden in actuality is an American puppet **who was created to **defame Islam.
HAMAS / IKHWAN UL MUSLIMEEN / JAMAAT-E-ISLAMI **have all distanced themselves from **Sipah-e-Sahaba, Bin Laden and Taliban **since **now we know the game.
Re: "SUNNI / SHIA Brothers"
What I find interesting in this thead is the initiator of this thread keeps reviving it. I bet the most amount of posts in this thread are by him than anyone else.
Is there a particular reason for incessantly reviving this thread?
