Well, he writes smells and behaves like a Pakistani and so must be a Pakistani. May be he is just hiding that fact for some reason. Otherwise why he would call others "you pathetic Indians" etc?
People should have some sense of shame. Your country is like your mother. Just to make an argument people like this hide their country is like disowning your own mother.
