Whites for sure. Absolutely. If it makes you feel any better, I’ll go as far as to toss in the Saudis.

This is the distilled version of your attitude that has been transparent for a long time.
You need to ask someone who’s opinion you trust to tell you what’s offensive about it. Don’t rely on your own evaluation of your statements.

Irem, these are gross overgenerlaizations. Pakis dont even get to their offices untill 9 am, then they take a few tea breaks during the day, not to mention at least an hour long lunch break and leav around 4 pm. This is not exactly hard work.
There are many goras who put in more work than pakistanis and south-east asians. Plus dont forget, working hard is not the key, working smart is.

This is a generalization as well kaleem. I myself get to the office at 8, leave at 6, and then go to class. My lunch break is usually just half an hour.

What if I said south asian smell more than whites? South Asians in US are sub-intelligent because they are majority of taxi drivers? Muslims are not as smart as whites becuase whites rule the world and most muslims are poor and uneducated. Or blacks are not as smart. Or Arabs are a violent race.

This is a generalization as well kaleem. I myself get to the office at 8, leave at 6, and then go to class. My lunch break is usually just half an hour.

It was done on purpose to show her that what she is saying is a generalization and is not true.

Kaleem bhai, I’ve seen the work habits of goras and other nationalities in college and I’ve also heard from friends who went to school in the US or worked in the US.

Its pretty clear that “desi & chaptay” = South Asians & Far East Asians are the most hard working lot.

And the stuff you said about Pakistanis going to offices so late etc is true for a very small number of people.

Irem, the type of stereotyping that you are defending has been used throughout history to subjegate and demean others. Ok, it is your opinion. But realize that makes you no different than Rush Limbaugh or Franklin Graham when they make state their own opposing narrow-minded opinioons and present them as fact.

I don't harbor animosity toward you. It's all good. I watch Bill O'Reilly on a regular basis, so I can practice tolerance with people who present offensive opinion and present it as fact. It doesn't mean I don't email him pithy comments with my name and town, name and town.
