Re: Steps count challenge!!!
Back to the same story, weekdays are always productive. Weekends turn to be lousy and calorie-getter. I need to find better way to workout over the weekend. Right now the only one is walk around different grocery stores ![]()

Yesterday was comparatively a better day. Ran for few miles and then in the end walked outside for around 30 min.
Re: Steps count challenge!!!
Couldn't run on Sunday due to laziness and other stuff that came up later that evening. I tried to make up for the lost day by running extra miles yesterday. I pushed myself a little too hard I think. Ran/walked 11 miles yesterday.

Great job! :k: Yikes Sundays.. Unless I go for a hike, i know its going to be nothing. Also weather for us is like a swing. One day its 60s, second is windy, cloudy, rainy or cold. May be in a full fledged summer day i’ll be more productive

Who is in?

Sorry, is it too late to get in? been busy walking all this time :)...spring time you know...my favorite time of the year!
so to list my activities:
Walking 2.5 miles five days a week mostly around lunchtime at work.
swimming 30 minutes after work 5 to six days a week, and the results are...........have lost 20 pounds in the past two years!
goal is to loose another 20.........doctors say the best weight usually is what you used to weigh when you were 20 yrs old!
learned something new lately from one nutritionist I would like to pass it on:
a teaspoon/tablespoon of coconut oil in the morning
keep you energized throughout the day and help you loose the fat from the mid section now that is simple right? :)
Nice thread SD_NY!
I don't like filling in tables...........like the western song says .........don't fence me in!
