Two bad days in a row. I didn't have time to work out on 8th and 10th. Did a 7 mile run/walk yesterday. Looking to buy a good smart watch. Any recommendations? So far, I like Apple watch but I have an Android phone. :(

I spilled hot chai on my left foot yesterday. It was so bad, I couldn't even wear shoes to run. Couldn't let anything touch it actually. :( Wasted day. It's a lot better today but not sure if I will be run as much as I normally do.

O FYI, I have lost six pounds since I started running again. @Southie - I don’t want to waste my money on something I won’t even use much. I have been looking for a good one though. I am sure when I buy it, it will be better than yours.
Outch sorry about that! I’ve been noting my weight too and actually barely see any difference. However one thing got me happy this morning. Previously I used to wear 34" waist pants but then when i started spreading had to wear 36". Today when I tried my older pant again with 34 I not actually fit in but actually its loose.
