Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
And what about the man involved in the adultery, what punishment they are giving him.

Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
^awwwww...he is a MAN...he is above any punishment for ADULTERY...I mean it is ALWAYS the woman's fault....
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
Sad! :(
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
Every child pleads when his or her parent is being led to the gallows. There is nothing in this news that is worth astonishment.
In Texas,U.S.A they bake u alive on an electric chair.Children of the offendor there also plead but they dont pardon that murderer or rapist. When u do something wrong, you pay for it.
Same as when u buy something you pay for it.These is nothing as free, not atleast in the world i live in.
Some people do prefer credit but thats risky cause time can run out any moment.
It better to pay in the world then in the life hereafter.
Sad! :(
why are u sad???there is no need to be sad khan sahab.
If all the criminals are let lose and pardoned then believe me u wont be here moderating.
adultery is punishable by stoning even in bible.
Punishment by stoning is not only preventive but also deterrent.so it is twofolded, serves two purposes, prevents the offendor from doing it again and serves as a reminder to the general public at large, what follows when u break the laws and commandments of Almighty Allah .
u can feel sorry for the kid but not for the offendor.
kid shouldnt have been invloved in all this in the very first place.

You don't know about the case. Also, there are questions about fairness of the trial and the fact the she was lashed too in front of her kids. There is no concept of double jeopardy in Islam ( you cannot be punished for same crime twice). And, I have never heard of anyone electrocuted anywhere in the US for adultery. Also, aultery is not a crime in this country, but murder is.
As for why I feel sorry because its the nature of brutality and primitiveness of punishment. Surely, no just God could condone such brutality of torturing someone to death, and if he does, he cannot be just.
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
^lol.punishments are by their very nature brutual.whats the purpose of punishment if its not deterrent.
have u ever seen some one being imprisoned in a disneyland for dacoity??
one can debate on wether the punishment was awarded justly or not but not wether stoning itself is just or not.
I am sure if "A"given the choice to choose between an electric chair or stoning will without a doubt choose stoning cause believe me nothing feels worse then being cooked slowly and smelling owns flesh.
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
^you have experience in this i guess!
Oh and we are talking about adultery...not murder!!!! Evidence of it? nothing....so what is she being punished for????
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
evidence goes before the judge not gupees
oh really!!! Damn Nasir…I thought it came in front of us and that we r the jury
silly me ![]()
Pir Sahab, do you seriously believe in tribal/talibanic world - they will look for evidence - it's a one man rule, as per their understanding of religion they will force it, the end.
do you have any brain at all? The case is in Iran and you are still talking about Taliban?
Honestly they are ruining the name of Islam!! Ppl who have never read the Quran judge Muslims according to the barbaric acts of the Taliban :(
and you are more educated than the judge, correct?
There do seem to be judgement issues, may be he had some personal experience which influenced the judge but then such judges should be removed from such responsible position.
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
^NO..and I am going to ignore your comment.
I can show you some beheading videos of **MEN **if you’d like? ![]()
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
Some corrections.
Please stop reffering to the early days of Islam as the stone age... when in fact it was the Iron Age.
Stop denying that stoning to death for adultery is a punishment according to Islamic law, the fact is both Quran and Hadith state, it's the law... Got it!
As for the man, his punishment should be the same for adultery as that of the woman.
Heres some valid points to note in defence of my above statements.
1400 years ago the Muslims under Rasool Allah were using advanced weapons for the time, they had access to Iron chainmail and sharp iron swords so it's not the stone age.
The Quran clearly states the punishment for adultery is death, and the actions of the Phrophet and the four Caliphs all agree on this. Hazrat Umar Radi Allahu Anhu made the mistake of sentencing a pregnant woman and Imam Ali mowla corrected him by allowing the woman to give birth before the sentence so as that Umar was not responsible for two deaths.
And finally all adultery is done by more than one individual and the crime is therefore to be punished and the punishment be the same for all who were complicit in the act. It's not about just the woman or the guy both have to die. Simple.

Quran does NOT state it.
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
the only reason they are highlighting the woman (if the man is also to be punished), is to spread more propaganda on iran. these types of stories "touch" everyone as apparent from this thread, so it makes good piece of propaganda before attacking iran.
Re: Son pleads for help as mother awaits stoning in Iran
I don't think this is propaganda.
But in any case there won't be a need for any propaganda if punishments like this are repealed in the first place.
^NO..and I am going to ignore your comment.
Better yet if you can stop posting completely on subject you have no idea of, that way we wouldn't be able to judge your level of education.
The Quran clearly states the punishment for adultery is death
Can you please tell us which verse you are talking about?
