On the Indian websites the Admin/Moderators join in when people malign Islam/Pakistan, they support the misinformation and false-propaganda about us and they don’t care about right or wrong, true or false. The only think they are concerned about is ascribing every positive and virtue in the world to India/Hinduism because that’s their identity and every negative and vice under the sun to Pakistan/Islam because that’s the identity of their enemies.
The mods/admins should have some pride and back pro-Pak/Islam stuff because websites like these are media and need to serve their own kind… At the end of the day everybody supports their own kind whether in the right or wrong, political correctness is just a false façade for the world.

These Indians/Hindus don't deserve any sympathy from the Mods/Admins, they are full of so much venom and hatred it is unbelievable...
They will put down and malign Pakistan/Muslims in every medium and field, in subtle ways the Indian guys at work are constantly trying to equate Pakistanis with terrorists.. Lately they've been OBSESSED with the Bob Woolmer case and keep asking me in the presence of Goray "so you think thee youar Paakastani peepal keell him?" whilst shaking their heads from side to side like pendulums..
I've had enough of them, I've never had a bad opnion about anyone for as long as I've had about Indians after seeing their true nature, they always were subtly racist but I'm the type of guy who'll just "play stupid" and act as though I didn't hear or understand something said with racist undertones (because I don't like to hurt peoples feelings but when I get angry I can't control myself), but after I find out what they been saying about Pakis/Muslims behind my back to Goray I hate them and don't hide it.

This site was set up with a goal to promote discussion and encourage communication. we are not a propoganda site, and we would not like to be like one of the sites you mentioned.
I would rather pull the plug on gupshup before I let it be turned into one of those sites.
now as far as backing proislam or pro pak stuff, thats fine, but it cant be deroagatory.
so fine, mods go and kick out every indian mocking pakistan, or every non muslim mocking islam (or saying stuff that is not flattering but true..e.g. poverty or availability of drinkign water)
kher..but now, what do we do when pakistanis are engaging it. go to pakistan politics, whose side do we take, should we take govt supporters side and then boot out all ppl who are anti musharraf?
what about religion, shia vs sunni, barelvi vs deobandi..its better now but those arguments were nasty until a moratorium was declared
whose side do you want mods and admins to take then? shias, sunnis, barelvis, deobandis..whose?
or would a sensible solution be to let people discuss what they want to as slong as it is being done in a civilized manner and then if it gets out of hand and whether a muslim is making fun of hindu practices or vice versa, that such people are warned and kicked out.

The shia vs. sunni, or deobandi vs. barlevi is our own internal matter; it is a Pakistani problem and we'll deal with it internally. But when it comes to indians, the mods should back their own (i.e. PAKISTANIS).

God knows some of my threads are obnoxious but I never got a single warning from the modes because my posts are never pointing against anybody in person.
I like the way GS is being handled, healthy discussions are welcomed and people who cannot support their views in civilised manner are warned and I fully support it.

PLus keeping GS as it is we show that we are tolerant, accomodating and fair people. Everybody gets a level field to play. But you have to play by the rules.

I may suggest thattis is not the right site for you then, because on this site we will not allow people to be kicked out because of their religion or nationality, and this is not a site where we want mods to be propganda machines, that model unfortunately was beginning to emerge a while back and was shut down because of the ugliness it spread.
so thank you for the input, but sorry it is not going to happen. utlimately anything comes down to 3 votes. and i dont think you will get either of those 3 votes in the favor of your proposal. you can continue the discussion if you want to though.

Who said anything about kicking them out; all I'm saying is when we defend our country or deen don't close the thread give warning points or ban Pakistanis. That would be a form of support; I'm not saying agree with me and others when we fight against the hindoos. Just stay out of it by not repressing me and others.
As far as finding another site goes, I don't need your help. I'll leave on my own terms and don't need your hints.

how do u know that the people dont get warning points? how do you know people dont get banned? and why is there an issue with banning or warning Pakistanis who have broken forum rules.
you dont need to go anywhere, just realize that we will not shift from the mission and approach that this community is built on.
we will adjust we will evolve but we will not abandon the basic principles with which we started.

I’m saying DON’T give warning points or close threads or ban people who defend Pakistani; its all I’m saying. Too often threads are closed when things get a little heated; its a cop out; we don’t get an opportunity to respond.
So basically it comes down 2 things: kicking out those who have a history towards insulting Pakistan OR allowing us to respond.
Since the former is out of the question; please take into account the latter.
And if the basic principle of GS is to allow those who have slandered Pakistans great name then maybe a review of that principle is needed.
I can’t believe it to be honest; we have fought 4 wars india; yet indians continue to occupy our forums; we continue to have bollywood sections; our shadi ceromonies continue to play indian music. Why are we so dependent on them?
Khair, I’ve said my peace in this thread. I know the changes I think are important will not occur but I wanted to make the fundamental problem of GS be known. I’m not the type to succumb to the majority; I believe in speaking out.

funny thing is I get pms from indian and pakistani members alike asking how comes I got points and he/she didn't. What makes you think the other party didn't? Anyone who is going to be a racist and indulge in name calling will get points regardless of their origin.

Well if an indian does abuse iam sure he/she gets banned. Anil khan say's that we say degratory remarks agaisnt pakistani women etc.. CRAP!! just do a search for hindu girl in this forum and then u will know how much degratory remarks are there against hindu women..
Now anil khan started a thread indian muslims when u start a thread with the title indian u expect indians not to participate?? And what was the thread about. He had problems with indian muslims praising india... If an animal lives in a place for some time he will have some affection for that place we are talking about human beings!!! indian muslims are born and bought up in india and yet he expects just bcause of gujrat riots they have to have affection for pakistan and not india. If it is not about religion then there are numerous threads about dravidians and south indians and the amt of abuse south/bengali/biharis are subjected to on all pak forums is unparalled...
There are plently of pakistani sites which are extremist .. u talk about bharat rakshak and others where they insult islam.. then please make a trip to islamic forums where they speak of kafir peple mostly hindus as if they are not even human beings..
