wheres your vegetables wheres your fruits?
seriously if you're worried about gaining weight why don't you start eating healthy because once you do you'll have glowing skin + more stamina to do things :P

I have about 5 months to go, which is why I've been lazy about it. But it's so not good. My date has been fixed since last March or so. And that time, I used to be like, ok I have plenty time, I can start now and take it slow. And I still haven't done anything!!

I don't really need to lose weight, as I'm underweight, but I have love handles and I need to get rid of them. And need to build stamina, I have no stamina!!

I wonder if yoga helps loose love handles? I don't like running much. But I am planning on starting to run in 2 weeks. I hope 4ish months is good enough to lose love handles and a lil belly fat :S

yoga does wonders for stamina … i mean thts how i got it even with my fat … esp power yoga ..
or just stick to this lil routine

Breakfast: a cup of milk
Mid day: tea without sugar and biscuits and chips :P

Lunch: 3 sausages with half chapati

Mid eve: tea

Dinner: chicken nehari with tandori 1 roti :(

Work out: 10 mins walk :D

Lunch: subway only veg sandwich

Dinner: pasta with veg and a little cheese

Work out: 15-20 mints stretching and walking but i work too !! sigh !!

haww nice!

i used to watch MADE on MTV - they would make slim kids eat loads of fried chicken or because white meat is healthy and fried is fattening unless you have skin problems you can substitute it with grilled chicken and a lot of wheat and flour based foods.

Breakfast: egg & toast

Mid day: tea with sugar

**Lunch: **Sichuan Chicken + some pasta

Mid eve: Dahi Bhallay .. wah wah wah thai!

Dinner**: **Half a glass milk

Work out: 20 minutes tread mill, 10 minutes elliptical trainer, 5 minutes cycling, 5 minutes stepper

i m going towards unhealthy diet day by day. Mom has gone abroad and I myself is unable to manage home and work. so all my meals are turning up unhealthy :(

Mid eve: Aloo wala naan (half) … because i couldnt resist

Work out: nothing, zero, shunnay :naraz:

Daffy - i am not going to joke but i have seen some healthy brides aka fat - what we like to say ........ they turn out exceptionally glowing and pretty .. fine a lot of brides do put in a lot of effort into losing weight right before their marriage and im not saying they look any less pretty but its ALL about how you wana look like !!

Have fun and put ur weight stuff behind you !!
